Long wait on a Friday night, only saw 3 staff working. Called in two orders of boneless wings, employee read back the order we placed, we drove 20 minutes round trip to pick up the food and get home only to see two orders of bone-in wings. Dine-in service was below average last time and this was the icing on the cake. Don't waste your time. Never again.
Very very good bar drinks . But the serves was terrible. Food was late and came out very separate times . My food came out 7mins then 13 mins later my wife's food came 16 mins later appetizers came out . My wife burger meal had a insect in it that came out and was just chilling on top of her bun . Then after waiting 8mins no one showed up to check on us . I had to get up go get waitress ( very nice girl ) took her back my table and explained what's taken place . Waiting 17 mins for bill and to go boxs because I wanted my freshly appetizers . All and all . Only thing good was the drinks and appetizers that I took home to eat .
Look at photos. Had to wait 25 mins to get a table. Manager was indifferent. Had excuse that they were short staffed. Yet employees sitting at a table near us. We've never had a problem with this BW3s until today. Wings came out tough and cold. We will never go back to this one. Will drive the extra 15 minutes and go to New Berlin. Also asked for a Hightop near bar, we were stuck by ourselves in front dining area.
We ordered through Doordash. My wings were cold and rubbery, the dry rub was barely present at all on the one order. My bleu cheese was missing and the -tiny- ranch cups we got were, at best, 1/3 full. My co-worker's salad was wrong and the chicken was super dry. I guess we should be happy though because another co-worker's order was completely missing. Another order in the bunch also was short something. It was super gross. We'll definitely have to do Wing Stop next time instead.
Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Ordered pick up an order of 50 boneless and 20 bone in wings.....EVERY SINGLE WING WAS COLD. It's absolutely pathetic. For a brand called "Buffalo wild wings" it is some of the worst food I have ever eaten, specifically at this location.....got fries as a side for the 20 bone in wings and they were so stale and hard they literally tasted like they were at LEAST 3 days old.....overall this location and restaurant has continuisly put out terrible quilt food and would never recommend it to any one. EVER.
I don't know which bdubb location has slower service, this one or 27th st. Waiter was gone, bartender had to take our order. Took forever to get our checks. Place wasn't we can busy, it was empty, maybe 15 customer tops.
WORST PLACE TO EAT. waitresses are racist only take care of the white people and don't even ask if you need anything. Then they give you an attitude when you call them over to the table. Laziest people I've ever seen working DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY DONT LIKE TO WORK.
On a positive note, our server was friendly and service was very good. The food was disappointing. Wings were ordered extra crispy, sauce on the side with potato wedges. Majority of wings were soggy skinned and wedges were barely warm. We don't send food back, we just never return.
I use to come to this location all the time. Now I never want to spend my money here again. Order take out, get home, missing fries. Go back. They're willing to remake the order if I give the other food back. Ok that's fine. But having to wait a half hour for the new food and then missing a different item when the new food is ready? Nah. I'm done here. Workers have poor attitude and clearly aren't competent.
Ordered a pick up order. Was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting 25 more minutes I had to ask again how long it would be. Waited another 10 minutes and food was cold…shouldn’t be cold if it was just prepared. Never will go to this location again.
