I really wish I could give your location 5 stars as I used to love Boston Market, but I can't. This location has went down hill just from 2 years ago, it used to be really good. The food now is very dry, like it sits too long, even at 6 pm. Also the employees aren't friendly. They will just stare at you, and they don't seem to have basic Customer Service Skills unfortunately.
Absolutely horrible service from the manager!!! Extremely rude and when I asked for the district managers phone number she said she could not give me any information at all!! All of my food was mixed in together… So I asked if I can get it remade she gave me such an attitude it was RIDICULOUS!!! I left my information for the district manager if you are seeing this please ask your manager for my information to contact me. Very unsatisfied
We ordered from this place, I guess they have an umbrella restaurant called Rotisserie Roast. My wife found a metal shaving in my two-year-old daughter’s mac and cheese. Needless to say we won’t be eating there again. Now here comes the automated copy and paste “apology.”
Good food if you can get someone to take your order which they didn't tonight. Saw them inside ducking down and eating when we tried to reach them at the window. No one would assist us so we left.
I ordered catering from here for thanksgiving and I placed the order on October 31st. I get there on thanksgiving and they are completely behind over an hour. I go there today at 8:50,They answer the drive through only for me to wait 7 mins without an noise, nothing. I pull off and the lights are off and I see workers being picked up.This is totally unprofessional and I'll never come back here again
Pulled in with my fiancé, was greeted and told that I would be taken care of in a minute. Waited 10 minutes, no response. No line, pulled away to find the lights were turned off. I’m understanding about complications usually, but the employee could’ve at least told me they were closing early. Or anything at least
Best food ever love this place.If u like home cooked fresh meals u need check them out there half chicken meal with 2 sides Mac an mash and some that fresh cornbread that just melts in yo mouth omg gotta love it.

Terrible service...we waited for 35 minutes and they ran out of chicken. The spinach was watered down and the apple pie was FROZEN!! Ugh. Not worth the hassle...never going back. Terrible company.
This place has been so run down for years - imagine how run down the kitchen is. The terrible owners pay no attention to it at all. Jank drive thru menu, busted up drink fridge, ripped up seating, disgusting bathroom, sign outtage, random cable sticking out the side of the building...?
