I've never had bad service or bad food from this location before. The last time the chicken pecan sandwich came out I loved it but today I saw the commercial on TV that the chicken pecan sandwich was back so I went and got it. Very disappointed, it was a small scoop of salad in the middle of bread, it was mostly bread. I'll probably go back because like I said the service and food is mostly good but I won't order the sandwich again.
Drive thru lady was nice. Wait time was ok. They asked what dipping sauce for the nugs, but never asked if I wanted Arby's sauce for the roast beef sandwiches and no sauce in the bag. Who wants dry roast beef?
Friendly service and dine in was quiet and peaceful.
Great experience, I know how difficult it can be to hire ff workers these days but this Arby's has figured it out. Mila (think that was her name?) Was friendly and easy to talk to. Dining room was clean and enjoyable
Asked for sauce for regular roast beef sandwiches. Got home to find that we received zero sauce. No way to salvage the meal at that point. Getting a simple order right shouldn't be that hard. Disappointing.
Fast friendly and accurate. Great GameDay 5 for $10 roast beef sandwich deal we just discovered on the last day, please continue through the playoffs! Jamocha shakes are the best too.
Always good food. Whenever I have a chance to have arby's believe me I'm stopping in. Best and freshest fast food you could order and you know what you are getting real meat. The price is good I won't ever complain. The quality is the best. Great service fast and friendly.
How is this a loaded curly fries? And I understand you have low staff but not even an apology for the 15 min wait?? Won't be going back here again
clean outside , but bland food. I ordered nuggets - no flavor whatsoever. My curly fries had a long and i mean very long piece of hair. The guy just switched them out - no apology , my bad or nun .. First and last time at arbys
The guys that work here are very very rude they told me three minutes then make me wait a half hour for my food when you gave me my food he wouldn’t look at me he won’t say anything I talk to him and he won’t return a word my food was cold when that’s why they said I had to wait. “ 3 minute wait on the crinkle frys” Then my cringe frys were cold and soggy!!! Oh yeah the rude a;:- had long hair in a man bun not covered and not sanitary.
