Ordered ribs, they bring out riblets. Meal missing side dish. Told the waitress and she was unapologetic for the confusion. I waited as the person I came with finished their meal. Never once did the waitress come to check on us while my correct order was prepared. Unfortunately he needed something but she made a point to avoid looking at our table. Also this place is dirty. Literally a dead fly was on our table after the manager "cleaned it". Employees grumbling and saying "I'm sure you're just looking for shut" after management said a table needed to be cleaned. Unprofessional, dirty, sad excuse for a restaurant. No tip.
Jalin and Jay were awesome. Food was good. As a vegan not happy that my impossible burger was not an impossible burger. I could've gotten very sick, but I knew from the looks and smell not the impossible burger. I did get the correct dinner and was very good. We will be back. Lastly, ppl need to understand that waitstaff is unappreciated and understaffed. Please be patient and kind to the restaurant industry. It's the hardest job in the world. Lastly x2, servers make 2.33 dollars per hour which doesn't even cover taxes. Servers end up payng to work at the restaurants. Tip your server 20 percent at least.
I would have given 5 stars but i had to acknowledge that my first visit here was not so great. It was back in February-The worse part about it was the fact that our experience was ruined by the manager. She was very rude and inconsiderate. She didn't want to accommodate the fact that one of our kids food came out cold like it was sitting in the freezer (Literally) and some food didnt make it out at all (my other baby food and my appetizer) but still tried to make us pay for everything. She didn't want to remake anything. Telling us it was our fault that the waitress brought out the wrong drink? Like really? Very poor customer service and hospitality. However,since this is one of our favorite restaurants and I'm forgiving, we decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves a month later. I must say they did an AMAZINGGGGG job this time around. The drinks and appetizers came out on time. The food came out in a timely manner and the food was fresh and HOT! We were very satisfied. Our waitress was the same one from before and she is still so sweet and respectful. Very attentive and we didn't have to ask for anything. Great way to show improvement and what this place is capable of. I'm so excited that I could come here and get that old feeling back because I love there food & drinks!!!
Anna was amazing! She was so sweet to all of us, understanding that we were going to be taking a little extra time at the table (family meeting to plan house renovations) and was apologizing whenever she thought she was ignoring us for too long (even though she wasn't! I had just finished my drink and she apologized she didn't have a refill ready immediately ?) She was beyond great and handled kids running around very well (not our kids!)
Bartender rushed us to order our drinks. Asked us to pay the bill before we were done eating. It was not busy. Manager was helping behind the bar and was pleasant. Pre pandemic staff was a lot better. Food was ok.
*****READ*********Best Applebees around in WISCONSIN. Service is always the best. Been going here for 3 year’s if your looking for a happy well rounded establishment this is the place to be. Shout out to Tiffany, Andrea best bartender to go to! Remember when you go to a restaurant respect your servers and bartenders is key to creating you experience at any restaurant. I promise you if you treat them right it will feel like Disneyland is when you go in.
The food is really good salads are yum. Service is sketchy as far as speed goes but go easy on them. I sure don't want to be a cook or a server and we make sure to smile and encourage all.
We had a big party last night with a lot of kids, pretty chaotic. DeMiko was amazing. I don’t get super impressed with servers often, but he was above and beyond. He had a lot of tables, but he was attentive, anticipated a lot of our needs, super friendly. Just great waiter. That guy is going places. Thanks DeMiko!
Service was very good however the food was very bland and overcooked. Fries seemed like they were sitting for a while. The best thing about my meal was the Mountain Dew. Would not recommend for food.
Excellent service. Good hot food. The best Applebee's I've been to in a long time. I'll definitely go back to this location.
