The food was just okay. Certainly not up to the standards of the former owners. The hash Browns were not cooked through, so they were soft and raw in places. The omelet was made by cooking the eggs in as thin a layer as possible on a flat-top and then folded over itself in four layers. And, the cheese was American slices melted in the folds!

Classic diner, right in the name.Good food @ a decent price.Had the 'New York Special' mist recent visit [12oz. NY strip, potato, soup/salad, desert; $14.99]. I was pleasantly surprised by the steak, as it had a nice sear & was topped with sauteed mushrooms; better than I expected for the price.

this place isn't the worst but it also isn't ANYWHERE near the best. me and my family walked in and were seated right away since there was plenty of staff around to help. once we sat down, they took a few minutes to get our drinks accounted for. once we got them, our cups were cracked and the rim of them had BITE marks on it. almost immediately after, we had to order our food in which the menus looked like they were printed off of a google document. when we got our food, everything tasted good besides my shrimp linguine that still had the shrimp tails on it, which is a choking hazard by the way. lastly, the place looked dirty and the booth that we sat at had TOENAIL CLIPPINGS on the seats. i really wish i was joking. it ruined my appetite and scarred me as this happened only 20 days ago. if i could give this place a 0, i would but that's not possible. thanks for the trauma!! xx

We were here when it was Johnny V's so this was our first time with the new name. We've always liked this place, the location, the availability, plenty of room. The meals have been well prepared and arrive hot to the table. The service is always attentive.

Had breakfast. Was delicious . Lots of room. Spacious. Great staff. Bring the family forAn affordable tasty meal.

It's just ok food with slow service on the day we went and it was not crowded. Fish fry had a good flavor but was soggy and some what cooled when served. You could tell it sat back there a few too many minutes. The lady next to us had crisper fish so I'll assume hers was hot too. On the flip side, i had one of the best eclairs ever! Thick rich vanilla custard in a crispy shell, yum and chicken dumpling soup was good. I'll give this place one more shot before I totally condemn it.

Wait staff Linda could not have been more professional & attentive. Our deliciously prepared huge 4-egg omelettes & skillets provided not only a much-enjoyed breakfast/brunch on site, but also sizable take-home portions. Endless coffee refills lubricated our animated conversation. As we left one of our party pledged aloud to Linda, "We're coming back soon!"

The food was good however NEVER ORDER CARRYOUT FROM HERE. You will not get your soup or buns or dessert. I cannot speak to salad since i didn't order one. You will not get a discount for this. You will pay full price and not get any of the additional food that comes with your meal.

Very good casual cafe. Service was good and there were lots of options, the pricing was great as well. The only minor complaint was the patty melt wasn't on rye. Not a big deal, but it would have elevated it to an excellent patty melt status. We'll be back for sure.

I thought it was quite 'pricey' for what I got, but then again, I'm quite frugal. I got a Philly Steak sandwich & fries, a cup of dumplings, fried Chicken Wings, and a Diet Cola and, with tax n tip, it cost me $25.00.
