I spoke to GM Bertha to arrange for my large group of 10 dining in to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I ordered the 75 pack. Bertha said I could bring in a cake, and offered to provide plates, forks, napkins and cups. When I arrived she had passed all the info onto the evening staff and they treated us so well! They let us put 3 tables and chairs together. Brought the food to us timely and hot. Aniya & Z even came and took our trash away. Excellent service all around! Thank you for helping to make my daughter's birthday special :)
Placed an online order at 2:45pm for pick up at 5:45pm. Arrived at 5:50pm when I got home opened my order everything was ice cold and fires were cold and soggy. Called the store spoke to manager and was told that the food was made at 2:45 when order came in. They did not look at pick up time. Still have not received a refund. The fact that the food was sitting on the shelf for three hours and when I came to pick it up they gave it to me like it was just made is very sad. Put my family at risk for eating spoiled food.
Place an order for simply 10 traditional wings, Louisiana rub, well done and another well done. That means extra extra crispy and longer in the fryer, however... I get my wings and they aren't even close to being well done. You'll never ever have this problem at JJ's chicken. Wingstop used to be my spot, but now the chicken is not cooked to a crisp let alone the customers liking. What happened to Wingstop???????
Online order receipt said 23-28 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order. After waiting in line and asking for my order, I was told it would be about another five minutes. In fact, I waited another 30 minutes before my name was called. Get home, open my bag of food and my order of chicken tenders was missing and the food was cold and I only live five minutes away. The store was incredibly busy. 3 employees, one was actually quietly working, two others non stop talking. That normally wouldn’t bother me but now that I’m home and I didn’t even get food that I ordered, I’m pretty annoyed. Long wait, poor service, missing food and it wasn’t even hot. Trash.
Ordered from this location Sunday 02/27/22 in the evening. Ordered my usual 50 wing deal paid online. Received a call that they could not give me my exact order. Which was all flats that you pay extra to have. Reasoning that they won’t have enough for the rest of the night. (Not my problem) if I pay before the next person those are mine. They offered no compensation for the mishap if my family dinner. I requested a cancel and full refund. I was promised a full refund immediately however when I reached the location it was all of a sudden impossible for my refund. I asked for the district managers number (Matt). I called the next day to speak with Matt, left a Voicemail and still have yet to receive a call back. I also put a formal complaint in the Wingstop corporate website and still nothing. Let’s also mention it is now Thursday 03/03/22 and I still have not received my refund on my order. Definitely would not recommend this location. I have ordered here for several years and have seen many mistakes that I have turned a blind eye to but this is getting ridiculous.
I ordered online and for some reason they took the money but the order never went through. They said sorry and said they would rush my order. Ended up waiting for 45 minutes for my food. If that wasn't enough my order was messed up when I got home. Don't know if I will ever go back. When I complained directly to the corporate office they offered a free fries with my next order. You gotta be kidding me.
I am all for youth having employment; HOWEVER, whoever is managing or owns this place, really don’t care about the establishment. The youth are rude, they’re not wearing masks, they’re not wearing gloves, YET they are preparing food for customers. I was legit mugged by the young lady working there when I walked in. Why? I have no idea. I’m at least 10-15 years older than her, so we are definitely NOT the same. I saw a young man touch a customers food with his bare hands while he was placing the chicken in the container. Where are the adults? Who is in charge here? I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to patronize here and I definitely will not be returning. I wish I could give it zero rating. Oh and the food was of course, disgusting…
Management at this place is the worst thing you can think of. Very rude. I placed an online order, paid for it and came at the pick up time, which was around 10:40pm and they closed the door on me while they’re supposed to close at midnight. The manager refused to open the door and kept me outside for a little while. I was able to get in the store thanks to another customer who was leaving, and when I asked for my order, the manager told me that he would not make it and that I had to come back tomorrow even though the order was already paid for. He was VERY RUDE. Then one of the employees asked for the name on the order, and guess what, the order was ready and they just had to hand it to me. Worst, I get home and I found out that out of my order of 10 pieces chicken wings, They only gave me 6 pieces. So not only, I’ve been treated like garbage, they’ve also stolen from me, and the manager did not even apologize, instead he took off his sweater (not sure for what). The owner should honestly fire this manager (young hispanic) because not only he’s not doing his job, he is also making the owner miss out on sales by closing early without valid reasons. Very disappointed
Online order. Order is never done when I arrive. 20-30 minutes after the confirmation time. Was there on Thurasay night and people were just standing around doing nothing. No one even asking my name for pick up. At one point the person behind the counter said "F this job" and "no motherf.... are going to get wings tonight".Pretty bad now.
Ordered online, said 15-20 min. Took 45 min. The diet coke was the only edible part of our order. Soggy wings. Cold fries. No thanks.
