Ordered online half hour ahead of time and was sent an email "just click 'I'm here' and we will have your order brought out". Did this and waited 10 minutes while multiple people tried going into the building (says dine in available online, but doors were locked). Drive through was 15 cars deep by this time. Called and was told "We do not have a curbside, I don't know where you got your information from!" Very poor service and extremely rude. Will not be coming back to this Wendy's again.
Absolute trash. Their excuse for curbside pickup is there was no car listed for them even thought it's entered in the app. Has happened to both my partner and I. At least 10 cars through the drive through in the time waited.
I had a whole long review written for this place but it is beyond the character limit. In short, this place has absolutely toxic staff and performs consistently horrible service and food wise.Under no circumstance would I continue to bring this place my business, and I sincerely hope that with how horrible staff treats customers and how terrible management is, that this location goes out of business.Do not go here. Takes forever to get food, rude and downright mean staff unwilling to do their jobs, often missing parts of orders, food is always cold and stale, sloppily assembled, and billing errors are commonplace. Nothing positive.
Waited 15+ mins and received attitude from the person taking our order after we waited at the speaker for 5 mins. Understand you are short staffed, however there was no one in front of us….seemed to be taking one order at a time and incapable of being able to handle a fast food environment.
It's ok for fast food. I usually don't go out to eat for fast food but when my kids are hungry from school I decided to get them something. As they wanted Wendy's and as I am ordering the lady was very in a rush not giving my kids time to see what they want on the menu. I told the lady I'm sorry give me a moment and she was talking loud to herself getting angry saying good lord. It's wrong to rush kids about what they want. At least the man took over to calm her down getting upset for no reason...
Go to Culver's. Way better and right down the street. If you do come here, check your order. I've been here 3 times and didn't receive my entire order 3 times.
I ordered a cheeseburger, 6 piece nugget, and small fries. The food ordered was just okay. I've had better. They gave me a free vanilla frosty but it was just terrible. Didn't taste like frozen ice-cream but runny milk. Very disappointed.
Waited a ridiculously long time, which is fine, things happen. But when they had to remake my order after getting it wrong like 99% sure they did something with it. Baconators with no mayo airnt sour. It was just 3 high school aged kids with no supervision. Honestly I have never left a bad review anywhere but I'm kinda livid.
Food was just ok. Not even worth fast food prices. I don't eat fast food often but I really wanted this to be good.
I guess you get what you pay for smh , large fry at this Wendy’s is a small but they sure don’t give your money back , awesome way to get that money and deliver the worst possible combo meal
