Yesterday I went to this store for a doordash order, the employees are flat out rude, they “lost” the doordash order (which the order was sent from them not doordash itself) to which received zero help from that point on while being left in the lobby getting looks from the workers….. not to mention one of the girls working there asked me if me and one of the other workers were “brothers” because from all I could see was our skin color was the only thing that made us look related. Hands down horrible experience and just as horrible of an establishment
I ordered a pizza at 12:30am. It said it would be delivered at 1:00am. At 1:45am I called them asking what was going on and they put me on hold. I’m now on hold going on over 30mins. I tried calling on a different phone and they just answer and don’t say anything, waiting for me to hang up. I would have been fine if they at least canceled my order or communicated something with me. Lazy workers looking to get paid to sit around and listen to music.
Don't get any thing delivered form this toppers cause half the time they don't even show up I order a pizza call them an hour after they said it was on its way and never showed up . Also never got a refund try to call them to get refund never answered
I want to give the benefit of the double that their system(s) were down. But like many others, I called (6 times), the phone connected as if someone picked up, then radio silence. Order confirmation at 10:44 pm, estimated delivery between 11:18 and 11:28 pm, it's now 12:55 am. I'm tired, I'm hungry and disappointed. Complaint in with corporate, I just want my money back at this point.
I scheduled delivery for 5:30 and the pizza didn't show up until an hour later. This is not the first time this has happened. I try to give places another chance but it was more of the same.If you are running behind or short staffed maybe just let the customers know so they can adjust properly and order way more in advance to have it when we want it.They also forgot marinara that comes with the topper sticks and all the extra that I ordered and paid for.
Preposterous!!! Walked in on a Monday afternoon to order the 3 Topping Lage carryout special. The counterman was baffled by my request to which I pointed out the promotion on a Topper's flyer on the counter. He claimed he wasn't authorized to sell the promotion and instead offered a 3 topping medium at the regular price of $21.44. B#$%@%!!! to that and out the door I went. Second abysmal experience at a Topper's location in one month. I'm done with this B.S. chain after years of regular patronage.
Order was wrong. Delivery time was wrong. Customer service was BEYOND horrible... Not recommended for catering a party. Pay the additional cost and go with Jets or Glass Nickel and avoid the headache. Also - there was no apology for missing the established delivery time by over an hour or for messing up the order.
We had an issue with a larger DoorDash order and DoorDash wasn’t cooperating whatsoever. The manager of this location told us he’s been having a bunch of DoorDash nightmares, but also that he would replace the food for us. Excellent customer service ??
Good stop for a pizza. They always forget our extra sauces (3 times now). Dbl check your order.
My pizza is more than 20 min late. I called and was hung up on. Now the phone is off the hook. It has been an hour and a half since I ordered. Toppers, you must do better.
