Don't work if you don't want to work!!! This TB hires people who are lazy and don't want to fulfill any orders. There are no cars in the drive-thru and dine-in is closed but, "We're sorry but we can't fulfill any orders right now." THEN YOU NEED TO CLOSE!!!If you own this franchise, you're wasting money on lazy workers!!!

A 1 star review of this location is a stretch. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, and i kid you not the burrito was cold. On top of that the burrito was rolled incorrectly so i had to eat cold cheese, sour cream, then a heaping amount of beans and lastly a small dry amount of meat. Waste of time and money. Properly train the staff and incentivize them to perform better. I would add my receipt for proof but they didn’t even give one, probably to stop the influx of bad reviews.

The food tasted good overall but I'm not sure what's up with the dorito loco tacos because they kind of just fell apart the moment I pick them up. I'm not sure it's if it's because they weren't in those special little cardboard wrapper things or what. I would have been better off just crushing it up into a taco salad or something.

The customer service was awesome. They were friendly and there was no wait. Got our food right away and got everything we ordered.

By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. Food is never hot. Food tastes like ot has been sitting around all day. Staff is pretty terrible and acts like it is inconvenient that I want food from here.I will make it a point to find a different Taco Bell if I am craving.

Ok I was trying to order a quick grilled cheese burrito around 2 (they close at 3) so I totally get it its late but. I pulled up to the speaker and this guy was obviously stonned out of his mind and was told that they are only doing mobile orders. Okay... so I pulled to the parking lot and used the taco bell app. I ordered my burrito and decided to add a doritos locos taco. And I pulled up to the speaker and THEN was told they can't make grilled items... Um what? Half your menu is grilled items. This place is the absolute worst place I've ever been to. Will be closed up within the year.

Was glad to see how good the employees were about making sure the food on a large order isn't just plopped into a box. Also drive through was quick even with the large order.

I don’t like the fact I even have to give this place one star.. Cashier Had a Attitude, had to ask for napkins sauce straws.. order was WRONG ! Chalupa literally stale and breaking apart ! Nothing supreme as I asked and paid for.. doesn’t answer the phone to fix customers problems! Closest Taco Bell to me so this is the one I frequent and it’s always a issue.. Taco Bell has literally went down hill and I refuse to spend another dime with a company who can’t hire the right people ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. will be contacting corporate! Hopefully it’s not a franchise and if so Taco Bell need to consider corporate training for the franchises because they are going to run them into the ground !

11/27/21 @ 1230a we pulled up to the drive through. They got on the speaker all giggly like they were stoned out of their gords and could not comprehend my order, which only included 4 items (crunchwrap supreme, chicken quesadilla, cheesey gordita crunch, and chalupa). Worst attempt at service ever. Needles to say we pulled off and left without finishing the order and found a different taco bell.

Lobby was clean. Was told we can’t pay with cash only card because they don’t have a register only drive thru does. Was asked a couple times what was on our order. I’m assuming they accidentally deleted it. However employees were nice.
