Once a great Subway but either new ownership or management has really let things slide. They must not have ordered or prep stuff for the day because by 1130 they were already out of several items. The staff was friendly but didn't seem to care that much about the overall dysfunction of the store. Lots of options for dinning, this Subway is off my list for now.
It took 3 employees a solid 20 minutes to hand me 2 subs, ordered online in advance with an empty dining room and litteraly nobody in line (they were too busy talking). if the food was good I wouldn't care, but they managed to forget cheese, use the wrong meat, all served on stale bread. The store's remodel doesn't make up for bad food and service
Order wasn't completed as asked,food was good as always, I will go again.
Hours state they are open at 9am. Went during my lunch break. At 12:00pm. Doors were locked, no one answering the phone. Two employees inside just looking at me and laughing. I'll be boycotting subway from now on. Clearly this subway has major issues. I literally tapped on the glass to try and ask why they weren't open and they looked right at me and laughed. I came here 2 days in a row. Customer service was amazing. All 3 guys that were there were very nice. Sandwich was realy good both times. Deffinatly my fave Subway.
This specific location is just fine. The employees were very competent and nice. Subway, in general, is often a disappointment. the sandwiches are so small with very little fillings.
Literally the best Subway you will ever go to, I promise.Staff was polite and generous with the toppings, the facility was well maintained and cleanly. And the Juice! It was amazing, literally, this Subway in particular lives up to the slogan of its trademark "Eat Fresh".
Service was great! We had Italian bread and Italian herb bread. All 4 sandwiches were terrible because the bread was either way over baked or completely stale, totally hard and dried out. We’ve never had a problem like this at any other Subway.
Just wanted to thank the AWESOME lunch crew for always providing great customer service. Keep up the great work guy's ❤
