The workers who made my drink were great! Very friendly and if i was only judging their service it would be 5 stars. However the manager (big middle aged white guy) was very rude to the teenage girl that took my order. They were clearly busy and i was waiting at the cashiers stand for less than a minute while the cashier was occupied with something else. No big deal. But then he came out and ordered her to drop what she was doing and to help me. I just felt the way he spoke to her was disrespectful telling her to “put that down” and lectured her loudly in front of everyone because i was waiting. Not cool!

This place e is so delicious. Grande Pike Roast is my fave but I have discovered the iced white chocolate mocha w/extra shot of espresso! Worth the money....lol
Very slow gave me my ice latte in 2 min waited 15 min for nitro cold brew as I watch 3 orders placed for frappe after me and they still got them within 5 mins when I asked for the refund then they started to finish order
Service was excellent. Same menu as all Starbucks locations. We ordered through the app and went inside to pickup as the drive-thru line was a little long. The interior of this location isn't as inviting as some other locations I've been to. Everything we ordered was great but this isn't a location I'd choose if I needed to sit and work for a few hours.
Never a bad experience here, the baristas are incredibly kind and my order is always perfect. I male sure to leave a nice tip every time, the excellent service doesn't go unnoticed
This is my neighborhood Starbucks and they consistently provide good customer service and accurate orders. Tuesday, however, I must give a special shout-out to Mariana, who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me load a gift card into my phone app. I was in the drive-through and despite many cars behind me, she still took the time to help me. Her bright smile made my day. Mariana represents what providing excellent customer service looks like. Thank you, Mariana.
I have lived by this Starbucks for a number of years and I am standing inside the store watching the chaos unfold right now.. Disorganized store orders constantly wrong you can't even tell who drink is whom. Horrible experience as expected.. really frustrating that your store operates so much differently than the rest
$8 for a coffee. Not pleased, only took one small sip and took of the lid. Asked for 2 extra shots of espresso and 3 extra pumps of Carmel. Cup isn’t even half full. Ended up not getting my espresso shots
