Two stars because less than half the time I'm satisfied with my order at this location, I've switched to Dunkin near 76th and Capitol, so much better!! I don't know if they changed a lot of staff but recently the coffee is made wrong or just plain horrible.Anyways, I asked to return the coffee/refund, I didn't want the coffee. The cashier says "Oh, we can't take it back!" well, I don't want it at all! it's not like I wanted free coffee. I didn't get a refund, and she offered me an extra espresso shot, so I took that. it's still sitting here and going in the sink. So, waste of time and money.Overpriced and not worth it, especially with the way the drive thru is set up as well. horrible location!!
Always friendly staff, especially early in the morning. They pay attention to my customized order, due to allergies. I'm always pleased with the temperature and quality of my orders.
Are usually avoid this location because there’s always a line wrapping around the building but I had an appointment next store and decided I had the time to wait in line. There was actually only four cars ahead of me at this time and it took over 25 minutes to get my coffee in which I was so frustrated I’m late for my appointment at this point but I didn’t even think about the fact that she didn’t hand me my card back where I drove an hour almost to go run errands in a different town and got to check out and didn’t have my card. I called them they said they had my card but they said they were closing early at 4 PM which was 15 minutes away. Never was there any apology they acted like it was completely normalTo wait that long and my coffee order wasn’t even right. They also seemed inconvenienced when I was concerned about getting my card back that I needed I would avoid this location for sure
I love it here, but sometimes my kiwi lemonade refresher has a more watered down taste and even though its still good, please be aware of the lemonade to ice/water ratio
Went thru drive thru on a Monday. Not going to complain about the long line, it is a Monday after all. Ordered a grande mocha. What I got was a half filled grande cup. They got the mocha part correct, but basically I got a small. Very disappointing.
Came in to get a traveller and a couple drinks. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Will go back again.
The customers have to touch the mobile orders because the names are always facing the opposite side.
My drink was not made correctly. That was ok because the nice woman in the front graciously offered to remake it. The woman who was making the drink seemed to be irritated that I didn't like the drink. She proceeded to discuss the fact that I didn't like the drink with her coworker as if I wasn't standing there. Not my usual location but I have never been treated so rudely at any Starbucks.
I’m always so disappointed with this location. The service is great and everyone is nice but It’s never consistent. I order the same thing each time and every time it’s different. My husband gets the passion tea with lemonade and I get iced chai tea latte. If it’s not his it’s mine that’s messed up. They taste either watered down or milked down, barely taste the flavor it’s supposed to be. I keep going back because it’s close to my house and is easier but Im tired of the inconsistency. I called three times to ask if they can remake my drink because it taste like milk with a splash of chai tea but no one answers. I spend so much money just to be disappointed
For one, this place always closes early, so don’t trust their hours. They do not stick to the hours. 2nd I’m not sure if they are rushing, but the drinks are not as good as other locations.
