It was ok. It was a wait for our food. I had to ask for sweetener for my ice tea. Need more food options

Ruscello inside of Nordstrom is one of Milwaukees best kept secrets. A great place for meeting your business partner or friends. You can take a break and have a cocktail while enjoying you shopping experience. The pizza is amazing! You must try it! I have an addiction.
Food was very good but it was served luke warm which was disappointing. Flowerless chocolate cake which we had for dessert was slightly burnt around the edges.
Salmon Niçoise salad is the best!

Menu items are not overwhelming with complex, interesting, really satisfying flavors and large portions. VERY short-staffed; place is showing signs of wear that should be fixed for the prices but the food is outstanding.

Actually, we were never served! Nor did we receive a glass of water, a menu or acknowledgement that we were even there! It had been some time since I had been there and my original experience was awesome! My friends and I were there for about 20 minutes, so after no service, we decided to leave. I don’t know what relationship Ruscello’s actually has with Nordstrom’s, but they should disassociate themselves from them! I’ve always thought of Nordstrom’s as a class act, but not after my experience at Ruscello’s on Sunday. I will never go there again!
