We often look forward to this chewy tasty pizza as a treat. Well, today our treat turned out over baked to near creamatorium status (see 1st pic). Everything is black on top. No chewy cheese or crust here. Crust is over baked and dry. Barely ’any’ sauce (dry..see 2nd pic) much less the extra sauce asked for…which wasn’t even listed on the receipt. Why didn’t we call the restaurant? Because we’re not driving all of the way back from West Allis when we would typically pick it up on the way home from work. Went from excitedly looking forward to our ‘treat’ to utter disappointment!
Many years ago I worked next door and ate their a lot! Loved it when they had the salad bar open! Miss that!! I recently went and ordered a couple of pies for the family on my way home. EXCELLENT from the food to the young staff that was working hard and PLEASENT AND POLITE! Such a nice change from typical walk in food places. Keep up the great work and love that pizza!! ?
Went tonight because i haven’t had this in years!!! Went inside to order…met Mo. he was very helpful. He helped me order because the menu changed since i last went here. Food is amazing. Kate is the manager working tonight. Had to talk to her and let her know how nice and hard working Mo is. I live about 45 mins away. But I’ll be coming back to this location. Thanks for the very nice service.
It’s hit or miss with this location. Whenever I go I get one of two things. 1. A lady in drive thru who gets annoyed when you correct her mistakes on your order and makes you feel like an idiot or 2. This very nice man who always gets it right on the first try and has a very nice attitude. It’s really close to my work for my lunch break so I take the gamble but should really check out the attitude.
Got the Valentine's special on 2/14/22. Pep & sausage heart-shaped pizza, came with a Rocky Rococo pizza cutter and heart-shaped balloon all for $21 and some change. Not bad at all considering we love the pizza.Picking up the pizza on Valentine's Day was a little chaotic cause it was packed at around 5pm but that was to be expected.
We explained went to the drive thru and explained our order. The lady was so rude and told us to pull around to the drive thru window. The fat lady was so rude and did not give us what we wanted all while she rolled her eyes at my husband and I and laughed and giggled with her coworkers behind the window. I called corporate and talked with someone from there service reps and all she could say was sorry and offered a free coupon. I told her it’s not about the free pizza it’s out the professionalism that your workers must conduct. They’ve lost a loyal customer. Never will I ever spend a dime on that place again. All thanks to their employee that worked the blue mound area 2/08/2020 between 5:30-6:00. She treated my family so bad and it all went unnoticed when I spoke to Amy B. Never again.
Food was good and hot. However, we waited in the drive thru at the window for over 15 minutes with people behind us for two meals! Felt bad for everyone behind us. Didn't even order anything crazy.
My experience at Rocky's was terrible. I witnessed an employee take her shoe off and start touching her feet and afterwards, folding pizza boxes at the front counter without washing her hands. I politely told her that she should wash her hands because that was very unsanitary and she did. I called to talk with the shift manager on duty, Chanita, and told her about the situation and that she should talk with her employees about sanitation and she said "What do you want me to do about it?" That was very unprofessional for her to say when she works in the food industry. I can no longer trust Rocky Rococo's on Bluemound due to the experience that I just had.
I received excellent service from the staff and a delicious Extra Cheese Sausage Mushroom pizza. This location is my favorite in the entire chain - very clean and tidy.
Where to start.. manager has a serious attitude. 3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. 2 cooks in back and one went to the bathroom to smoke weed. The entire restaurant reeked like weed! A customer came in and said he was in the parking lot waiting for 35 minutes for his order which he had called in. Dirty restaurant. Undercooked pizza dough. I could go on. The only reason why I gave two stars is because the young girl that was working in the drive-thru was at least polite.
