We waited over 45 mintues for a table and the place was not busy. I understand places are under staffed but the people seated had food. When they went to seat us the table was dirty. Once we sat down we waited a good 10 mintues to even place our order and another 40 mintues to even get biscuits and salad. I hate to give it 1 star because the waiter was very attentive and he did try to be accommodating to us. I will never step foot back into this location again. We got there a little after 5 and left at 7:25 and had a 6 year old with us..which did not go well.
I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Our meal was delicious and hot. You forget how good the biscuits are when you haven’t had them in so long. Our service was top notch. Not only was our waitress polite and efficient. She was training. And doing a fantastic job. Shout out to Nikki. Absolutely PHENOMENAL!! A true asset to this location. Checked on us multiple times, kept our drinks full and overall very welcoming and accommodating. The young gentleman she was training is in perfect hands! The manager was also walking around and checked on us twice to make sure everything was good. The hostess greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. We will be back. Was the perfect low key birthday lunch! Thank you.
I honestly hate doing this because I’ve never left a bad review before, but ordering today has been a nightmare. We placed a to-go order online at 3:45 pm and received an email saying it would be ready at 4:30. We arrive at 4:30 and the order is not ready - they say they are inundated because of Mother’s Day. They say it will be another hour. We go home, wait another hour and call, they say another 30 to 60 minutes. We drive back at 6:18 and are told it’s going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. It’s now 7 pm - a full THREE HOURS after we ordered and we’re waiting at the to-go station and a manager asked us for the last name on the order. He brings up the order and we head out. We check in the car and it’s missing an entree so we had to go back in and wait while the food we did receive got cold. I understand it’s a holiday and things can be hectic, but this was egregious. We specifically ordered well ahead of the dinner hour and they still failed at every turn. Maybe the franchise owners need to compensate their staff better or find new management. It feels embarrassing for them to be this inefficient and have this poor of service. I hate putting negative words out into this world, but this was a garbage experience and I would encourage anyone who wants to order from here to look at other options if you want to avoid stress. Dinner should be fun. This was not fun.
Not the worst, but definitely don't recommend. I just don't like it when your menu, your arms, etc stick to the table. Food was somewhat okay, baked potato wasn't done, lobster tail over cooked, my wife liked her pasta. Also the bathroom wasn't very clean.Waitress was very pleasant tho.That's the 3 stars.
Horrible my friend scheduled a pick up order for 4:45pm I waited outside 30 minutes inside 30 more minutes it was not busy. Soooooo ghetttooooooooooooo. Guy at the front didn’t know i had an order. I was parked in curbside pick up. Biscuits were burnt. Cook wore apron outside while smoking. They have armed security Everything was ghetto not recommended at all. Ewwwwwww!!!!!!!!
Terrible just like every other place in this town. I get it, it’s the help. This town needs A LOT of help ?♂️Also, if the “owner” actually cared, maybe they’d stop copy and pasting a generic response they typed a while ago and sending it to everyone who writes a bad review. You want to make these issues right? Start giving out $100 gift cards. Then at least when the service is bad when I come back, I’ll be able to overlook it because the food was free.
Today March 23 about 4:30pm ; I and couple other customers were waiting 20 minutes for order take out ( didn’t have problem with that) doing which time I was on the phone talking to my little daughter. The manager when she finally came out skip over me to go to the people behind me in line “ I think I was first in line with a smile I stated cv“ she stated since “you were talking about me on the phone I’m not going to serve you . I said ma’am I don’t even know you . ( was talking to my daughter about school so I was confused! ) I never raised my voice didn’t get upset . I asked her name she refused to tell me and yell for me to leave and keep yelling for Jose to come take me out , even tho I was not refusing to leave She Was obviously having a bad day before she came to work. After about her 2 or 3 minutes of yelling I left . That was the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had and I’m 54 years of age and a very nice and laid back guy.I ended up going to Capital Grill and will never go to any Red Lobster ever again .I will insist that my Corporate office who has many business dinners there never patronize this establishment again!!!!!!! Very Disappointing
This was the second time the server, seem to be overwhelmed. But the food was great. Bring back lobster fest, as soon as possible. Yum yum!!!
My family and I got there around 6p. I received my drink, salad and appetizer but I didn't get my main entree until around 8p. Folks that came in way after I did got there food after I did. Best part about being there was being with my family.
I’m a stickler for customer service of any kind being that i worked I. Customer service over 20yrs. I believe In giving great reviews when the service is good just as well as I give negative reviews but this place was just absolutely ridiculous as far as take out is concerned. My order was messed up twice and I spent damn near the whole evening waiting for them to correct the problem and it still was messed up. The first time I had two house salads missing from my order and the food was old and ice cold. The second time the food was hot and although one of my dinners was ok the other dinner being an ultimate feast was missing the lobster tail. How do you miss the main part of any meal at red lobster?????? The area behind the bar was nasty, it took thirty min before the bartender even served me. The only bright spot of the whole experience was that the waitress In in the dinning area by the bar kept it very neat and clean in her area and was very courteous. Outside of that I wouldn’t walk in this place and spend your money if you have it to me. And In my honest opinion the way that place is being ran it’s about time for the owners to shut it down and invest in something else. As I write this review I’ve been on hold with this establishment waiting to talk to a manager and to no avail. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and luckily the review starts at 1- 5 stars because I don’t even think they’re worth the one star they’re given. Please be advised to go somewhere else. You have been warned
