Come here all the time but has been lacking few of the times especially today (Friday June 10th) chicken and pork was extremely burned the queso taste wayyy too much as milk not as cheese or spice the chips were wayyy too salted as well no flavor at all unless you count super burnt. Workers are usually nice especially the young gentleman dose it super neat but today there were young ladies talking about customers in a rude way like middle schoolers and giving dirty looks so rude. I love Qdoba but come on man
The three workers standing at the cash register could have really cleaned the place. Lobby a total mess. Garbage on floors & tables. Cleaner & trash bags sitting on top of garbage container. Two employees had ear pods in. Sitting at side booth chatting. Make table complete mess. Back kitchen soiled pots & pans everywhere. Food cold got ground beef nachos. I should have left. No where near what they used to be. Very disappointed. Stayed because first choice was closed & 2nd choice was drive thru only. I usually don't give bad reviews either but this was the same as the Menomonee Falls store which was dirty as well.
The floor floors an tables were nasty .food was ok an the staff was friendly. Will I go back I say no not this location
Food is okay. Extremely bad, slow service. Very poor hygiene at the location, nothing was clean, every table was dirty.
3 workers - 2 on the line working with customers - Younger gentleman working s..l…o…w… as can be -230pm - well after lunch rush ; whole place was dirty- no clean tables and can see into kitchen where floor is scattered with food, spills& garbage.Husband had already opened burrito (before seeing all of the mess in the kitchen) ….. found a piece of a plastic bag ?Short staffed or not - a higher up member of management should be more involved in this facility.
Came in on Tuesday 1/18/22 at 9:35 pm at night. The hours said they closed at 10 so I thought for-sure I could get in and out quickly as all I wanted was a quesadilla and was taking it to go. When I came in I saw someone who appeared to be a manager get up from a table where she was eating with her coat on and rushed out telling her two employees that she was leaving and to have a good night. There were two customers In front of me who were ready to pay cash. All looked fine until the young man operating the register pops the drawer open and there is no cash drawer there for him to use. Not only was he frustrated but the customers were too. The young man did the best he could to fix the situation but he should not have been put in that place to begin with. So the manager who appeared to have left early made sure to do her closing parts before close and rushed out leaving her two employees unable to meet customer expectations. Then when it was my turn to order I was told the grill for the quesadillas was turned off early and I could not order one. I went with a bowl which was ok but not what I originally went there for. This review is to hopefully help the employees and that location because any manager who leaves her team like that without what they need to operate correctly is not a manager. In return I did not receive the best customer service because the employees were frustrated for being left the way that they were. Perception is everything. Customers can hear staff conversations and pick up on what is going on. I am Disappointed and felt like I was being rushed out and not even close to being accommodated.
I came in to grab a quick bite to eat. Service was friendly, and fast. I was in and out as quickly as I wanted to be.
Usually a couple of workers hit and miss with items ready for meals. But we love Qdoba
From blatantly disregarding what I ordered to the extremely inappropriate attire, this visit was an all-in-all nightmare. Even when I mentioned that they got my order wrong, the kid at the register shrugged it off and rang up my order anyway.
Good protein bowls, really nice option in stead of taking tortillas.
