They never had enough food, I love the taste of the chicken but I dont go here often because of the terrible customer service and how unprepared they are even before the pandemic. It's literally every restaurant too, I've tried all the locations in Milwaukee and they all have terrible customer service. Please train and hire people that want to work!
If you order more than three items, you can be positive that your entire order will be incorrect. With the closed dining room, and incredibly long drive thru time you can either go home with your incorrect order or wait in line AGAIN just to have them correct it.Even if it was the best tasting food on the planet, I still wouldn't put myself through this ordeal again.
Bad, worst first experience ever. My first time eating Popeyes. Order 2 chicken sandwiches and it wasn't even made fresh. They pre-made them. Sitting under a warm. Who knows how long it's been there. My chicken sandwiches were soggy, dry, bread was hard couldn't even rip the bread apart, fries were not fresh and soggy.... very disgusting and disappointed. I give no stars. The place itself was a mess. You can tell they didn't clean last night.
Completely and utterly disgusted. Ordered a 11 piece meal got 6 dried out breast, 1 wing, 3 legs. Coleslaw was froze, red bean and rice was all rice, mashed potatoes and gravy had one drop of gravy. I it didn’t happen to me I would say someone making this review up.
This has to be the worst run Popeye's in the country. I see the usual stuff on the menu...chicken sandwiches..chicken tenders..they never have any. They always say they are out.. doesn't matter if you go 7:00pm or 1:00pm.. I don't know why they have these items on the menu..and this is not Pandemic related..it has been like this for years. They usually do have regular fried chicken and chicken wraps..just don't go for certain menu items..
Was good but they were out of chicken sandwiches as they were all frozen. Sucks to find that out after a 30 minute wait in line in the drivethru. I won't bother to stop again as there are other good restaurants in the area without the ridiculous wait.
ordered online. Since they are one of the only stores in the area with the lobby closed you have to go in the drive-through line which is extremely slow. once I got to the drive-through microphone they told me it be five minutes for my tenders to finish up even though the order was placed 30 minutes prior to my arrival five minutes later I get to the drive-through window and they told me it’ll be another six or 10 minutes as they didn’t have another item ready. What a disaster. If they can’t find staff they should not even be open
I went to Popeyes on Buriegh in Wauwatosa. The dinning room was closed/ not sure why, the drive thru had 15 cars waiting and wasn’t moving. That was probably the slowest drive thru EVER!I went back the next day and they only had 2 cars waiting and the told me in some gibberish that they had chicken on the bone ONLY! They have good good but they need to work on there service!
The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, I was stuck in the lunch drive thru, for 45 mins. There was only 3 cars in front of me when I originally ordered! The chicken sandwich was not made that day I’m sure of it. They gave me the mashed potatoes and gravy upside down and dripping into the bag, no utensils or napkins. I waiting at the window to request fresh food and napkins and a spoon but the staff all walked into the back and hid from customers. All Milwaukee Popeyes are miserable this is actually a good chain restaurant anywhere else in the USA.
Ordered online where it said I can pick up in store. Store was locked up and line for drive thru was around the block and at a standstill. They can't be reached on the phone because they keep the phone off the hook. No clue how this place is still running. Don't make the same mistake I did.
