Pizzas r always tasty however not consistent with crust sometimes comes off easy n other times gets stuck to cardboard n makes a mess
Trash! The crust is literally glued to the pan.
Great tasting pizza and salads. Taste like Pizza Hut pizza if cooked right.
I asked to sub out the black olives for green olives on my combo. The lady agreed and charged me for the switch, when I got home I realized she just put black olives on it and no green olives. The woman also wiped her runny rose with the back of her hand while she was making the pizza. Not a big deal but kind of nasty during a pandemic. The pizza completely stuck to the disposable baking sheet included. It was impossible to separate and therefore inedible... I folded it in half and tossed it away.
First time ordering Papa Murphy's so I downloaded the app for convenience. I was completely unaware that they closed at the moment I scheduled my order for pickup. I arrived on-time and the door was locked. A gentleman from behind the counter noticed me, walked over, saw the order on my phone, and prepared it for me right then and there - major props to him for the "above and beyond" customer service even though he didn't have to.However, I will place absolute shame on the Papa Murphy's Corporate app development team that couldn't even bother to code a threshold of order/prep times so these poor employees can actually leave at the time they're supposed to and not worry about making last-minute orders.
I may of come in 10 minutes to close, but the cheese was splotched all over the pizza. Sauce galore. Even with extra cheese and extra toppings. Still to much sauce. And I'm not sure if the cinnamon wheels were expired or not, but it cooked, into a liquid pile of goo for the cinnamon n oat part.... totally unenjoyable to eat all around.

I love this place. It's better to cook ur own food than to let the restaurant cook it.Love that pizza from Papa Murphy's
Very busy, not very friendly. Onions on my order but didn't want to wait to have it corrected. Disappointed, usually have good service:(
Overall pizza pretty good. While I require the gluten free crust, my pizza-adoring wife gets a regular crust. Not infrequently, her pizza does not cook all the way through in the center of the thin crust pie. The option of cooking at home is really great, especially in a temperate area like Wisconsin where a pizza can cool off a lot in transit.
