When I placed my order online it was 12:24 and it said my order would be ready at 12:34. When I got to the Cafe I had to wait an additional 20 minutes until 12:55. Give more accurate wait times if you're busy.I came in here again and it's 20 minutes past when I placed my order. I've been at the top of the list and keep getting jumped in order. This service is trash.
This was Monday, busy lunch hour. Grabbed a table. All 4 tables were dirty. Our food took a good 25 minutes. My tuna sandwich was on a different bread. Didn't enjoy at all. Tuna sandwich is much better made the right way. Don't know if they got it wrong or were out of right kind of bread. Never saw a employee wash any open table. This doesn't make for a good restaurant. Thinking I won't be back.
I had a Pick 2, Pepperoni flat bead w red onions and the Asian salad w chicken..First the salad was excellent, great flavor, even amounts of ingredients..Second, the pizza was not good IMO. I base pizza off the sauce and the pizza sauce they seem to use, has no flavor except tasting like slightly watered down condensed tomato soup?
Mac and cheese was over cooked hard, coffee was cold, croissants were hard and way too dry, employee doesn't know what a red eye is, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, TABKES ARE DIRTY
Food is fine but the staff needs better training. On my way out I wanted a coffee refill and I waited 15 minutes before having to just leave.
Terrible service. Staff has no patience to understand you. I placed an online order and was told it was ready. It is not there. It was just a cup of coffee. The staff said if you don’t see it then it is not ready. I told him it was just a cup of coffee, he said than take it by yourself. He did NOT even give me a cup. I have to ask him again!! Did I own you money or what?
Try this combo bowl of autumn squash soup with baguette, iced mitten cookie. Yummy
I've hesitated to leave this review because I don't enjoy passing on disturbing now I'm disturbing news. However however when it comes to our food It becomes difficult to tolerate Is dirty and unclean practices. After asking staff kindly to wash some tables because the whole restaurant was full of dirty tables I was treated with a bad attitude. After waiting 4 minutes I decided to clean my own table. About 6 minutes into the request somebody finally came and began washing tables. I was there about 30 minutes and nobody came out to wash tables during that time. I did complain to the manager but he did not take any action.. There was old food laying under the tables. I also witnessed a the same staff member take her bare hand to press the garbage down and then continue to do other activities with the soda Machine and she had not washed her hands after placing them in the garbage can. I would normally enjoy eating at Panera Bread, but maybe I will not come back to this particular location. I did take photographs, but I'm unsure how to post them on this review review.
Food is good. Portions are decent. Service is decent also. Place is really dirty though everytime we go.
Unprofessional, loud, too much cursing… no one is trained. Person - a girl- cursed at the other employee when he asked for help? Very impatient and hostile. Food is eh. Will be back when it seems like they’ve hired better workers!
