Horrible experience and very unprofessional. Miranda was very disrespectful over an order that they made a mistake on, and stated to only refund us for the lack of side of corn, and chicken, very soupy just nasty! Not to mention my son did not have his rice crispy treat! no apologies at all. I will be in contact with corporate this morning.
Poor form today. I normally love Noodle and Co, today this location was understaffed to meet demand and the poor quality food was the result. I waited a long time for Pad Thai which was a blan soup with hard, undercooked, stuck together noodles. Pot Stickers cold. I am sure they could do better if they had the capacity. Also, what happened to dishes or the dine-in feel? So much plastic, including three forks, in a paper bag for a one person meal.
Everybody there was in good spirits and glad to be at work. The manager was really keeping the attitudes high. I believe her name was Miranda. My food was made fresh and ready quickly. It was nice to see everybody getting along so well and working together as a team!
I love Noodles and their food. This location has wonderful service that is friendly, but they are definitely short-staffed. In multiple visits there are issues that the staff is trying to correct (normal issues that a place like this will face: dirty tables, soda machine broken, etc.) and they are really working hard to keep things moving. Give them a tip and try not to be too harsh!
The workers are only allowed to prepare food for online ORDERS due to staff shortages. We were inside the restaurant and given orders to place the order online. We were allowed to dine in after we placed our order.
They had amazing service, good came out super fast. Workers cleaned tables regularly after customers left! Overall a great experience.
Just spent 40 dollars in there an this is what I got! I’m very upset. I called the store an told them I’ll be there with my receipt to get my order redone not a refund just my order redone an the person I was speaking with then told me because I ordered through door dash I will have to go through door dash to have my food recooked although I said I’ll bring in my receipt which have their store info on it I’m so upset I feel like they made the food so I shouldn’t have to go through DoorDash to have them remake the food that noodles an company burned up! Never again this is the worst experience I have ever had with noodles an company I wish I can give no stars!
The chicken be burnt and my noodles be dry when I order at night. It’s the closest location to me so when I doordash, I have no choice.
Great for a quick dinner! Still have them make me my favorite that is no longer on the menu...Pasta Fresca!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered a pad thai. But I got noodles in soup. 1st it was too sweet and inedible. 2nd the noodles were not even cooked. Waste of money. Do not bother.
