i ordered a penné rosa with EVERYTHING ON IT and spaghetti and the penné rosa noodles were dry because it barely had sauce there was noo cheese and not everything was on it like there is everytime i order here. the only reason i put three stars was because of the spaghetti. this place has changed drastically since the last time i ordered here, very disappointed.
Avoid this location! Placed an online order here at 7:30pm and arrived at 7:48pm. A lot of the staff was hanging around outside and as I approached, they told me "we're closed." Their close time isn't until 8:00pm. I told them I was picking up an order. They went in to check and said that it didn't get made so they would just refund my money. Bunch of lazy kids!

I ordered the Mexican Street Corn Salad....it was soo delicious. The service was fast something that hasn't happened in a while.

I ordered a pickup today and it was somewhat messed up. I ordered 2 side salads, 1 had the wrong dressing and I've never seen them put the dressing container inside the salad container. I was not able to enjoy my salad like I was hoping. One of my entries was missing corn and the other was missing broccoli. I'm never going to this location again
Pretty terrible. I walked into the physical store ordered my food and waited about 15 minutes to get my food. Granted that's not a long time but people who walked in 10 minutes after me got their food within 2 or 3 minutes of ordering even before I received my order. I understand places have more of an online order presence now a days but I was always told when I worked in customer service worry about your customers who are physically in the store before your worry about the online orders. So all in all very disappointed with the service here would not recommend going here.
I ordered for curbside pickup since I had my newborn in the car. I sat in my car for over 15min. Clicked the button I was there multiple times and attempted to call the store but no one answered. The whole time I sat there only one person entered the store. I finally gave up and unloaded the baby and went in the store. There were zero customers in the store with 4 employees that I could see. My order was sitting there. Apparently no one wanted to bring it outside. I attempted to ask the girl at the register about the curbside pickup and was completely ignored. Literally pretended I wasn’t talking to her. After needing a refund as they didn’t have my drink I asked the manager if they did curbside pickup and was told they were ‘short staffed’. Sorry bro, but 4 employees were twiddling their thumbs when I came in. This location is horrible. Stay away.
The food was great as usual. I love it how when I don't have any meat left in my pasta meal, just eating the noodles and whatever sauce is in it, is still very delicious and filling. I don't have to worry about wasting any food or tossing it in the trash. They have lots of protein options and they let you build your pasta however which way you want!
Why is it one day you can dine in the next day staff is saying you can’t dine in. This shows bad business. I walked in an saw only two staff on there feet the rest where on there phones sitting at a table.
