Very rude staff probably mad because of the lack and skills of service they can only work at McDonald’s. Lady arguing taking about she put 2 fries in and the food tasted dried and burnt lady got sassy on the speaker when I asked about something missing on my order. It is gonna be worth me driving further out to Menomonee falls to get this service I might as well went to 12th street with the horrible service I got from here it’s called if your that miserable get you a better career don’t take it out on the customers smh
Ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal.At register, I asked for packs of ketchup.Was told they are out of ketchup.I then asked if they could put extra ketchup on the quarter pounder.They opened the window and handed over 32 ketchup pack by hand, even though they still had my bag of food.Pulled away, opened my burger to find a cheese burger sitting on a quarter pounder bun.If this restaurant was not named McDonald’s, it would be closed. Poorly run businesses like this end up getting people sick by allowing carelessness to continue unchecked
Absolutely terrible service, no strawberry shakes apparently at that location or chocolate. I had to ask the lady if that’s what you wanna call her, taking my order what shakes do you sell here and apparently they only sell vanilla shakes at this location. Bad customer service. lobby is not open for whatever reason, i will not be going to this McDonald’s ever again
Went there tonight. 15 minutes before close according to Google maps at 11 pm. Sat at the drive thru speaker for a minute and no response. Couple of cars pulled up behind us so I decide to pull to the second window. The lady at the window unlocks the drive thru window and lock bar then opens the window, tells us she didn't answer because she done and closes window and puts up window lock bar... 11 pm means workers go home not closing time lol
It's McDonald's...nothing ever changes. I complained to corporate about the insanely slow service when only the drive-thru was open. All I got was a basic response that didn't address the issues. I only go for the caramel frappe and fries...I probably won't do that anymore!!! HORRIBLE
I stopped going to this location because you always are told to pull up and wait for food for the past 3 years and it was always a 10 minute wait I was looking to get a Shamrock shake and thr one I regularly go to didnt have it. I ordered a meal with an upgrade and an additional Shamrock shake. Pull up and they only have one. I ask where the other one was and they said I ordered one. I didnt. I asked if I could add it and she said I would have to pull around and go through and order again. I paid at the same window I got my food. You messed up and I have to go out of my way?? No thank you. Wont go there again.
The girl, who took my order said, "We don't have that." There was no "sorry" or "we're temporarily out of it" or "would you like XYZ instead" or any attempt to help me find substitutes for the 2 items that I wanted. (I've driven through many McDonalds at different locations and at different times. I understand that shake machines break, fry times get long, and supplies run out.)
I’ve been to this McDonalds maybe 6 times in my life, and never once have I actually received any food. They always have a new wild excuse as to why they don’t have what I want to order.
This place doesn't deserve any stars worst McDonald's I've ever been to the girl who took order is rude. If you want to add something order you have to drive around and order again manager said. Overall management sucks!
This restaurant is beautiful. However I would suggest creating a way to open the rest room doors hands-free as this is a paper towel free rest room.
