Went to this location on Sunday may 1st and got to the window of drive through and the lady did not speak at all and I said hi and got nothing, and another lady also took over and got no response when said hi and I was trying to b nice and customer service was bad. Food came fast but did not make sure our total was right or anything. The mcchicken sandwiches looked like someone sat on them with the sauce on one side of them and the Big Mac sandwich had very thin hamburger meat and hardly any sauce it was dry and did not taste right. The chicken nuggets were not fresh and the fries were soggy. Sorry but could b better from a good location. We stopped here cuz we were at a recital and it was close, not very good customer service. Won’t b going back.
They got the order right and their customer service was business first, smiles later. The food was prepared within 2 minutes of me pulling up to the order screen.
I am moving away from McDonalds. Lately the fries sag and are not crispy. They probably need to heat 30 or 45 seconds longer but I think when they get busy they don't take the tome. I also miss the Cherry and Blue Raspberry slushies. I tried the melon one they are serving now but the texture and taste does not compare to Cherry and Blue Raspberry.
Let’s just say me and my bf ordered food and we were waiting there for almost 30 minutes, the employees were not mature at all. Cash register person was swearing while talking to a customer and me. Arguments & swearing heard right by the front counter. People on there phone while they could’ve been preparing our food. I used to work at McDonald’s when I was younger and I was never this immature
Really disappointing service. Not enough people working at this location. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and decided to just go inside. Then it took another 20 minutes to get only fries. I recommend trying a different location.
The food was terrible. The fries were warm, not hot, the sauce for the nuggets was old (you could taste that the sauce was old). The service was slow. I would not recommend it.
After 7:30 PM good luck. It’s always “We’re closed”, “the systems are down”, “we’re not taking any orders right now”, or “we’re currently not making any burgers”. If that’s the case they’re better off updating their hours. If you look inside they’re just standing around on their phones doing nothing. If you’re able to order the food is usually cold. I’ve started going up the street to the one by target.
Food was bad. Over paid for lousy food and front counter and behind goofing off my food was not properly put together I asked for. Things for my burger which I did not receive the bun was dried out Also. Disgusting for what you pay
Absolute trash of a McDonald's. Waited for 30 minutes at curb side. Had to call them and they said oh didn't see you there and hung up the phone. Then upon returning home they didn't have all of the food that I paid for. I paid the money and did not receive my food. We should start a class action lawsuit for how often this happens when going to McDonald's and especially this particular one.
Soooooo sloooow. Over 10 minute wait for 10 pc nuggets? Really?
