They forgot apple slices and toys in the Happy Meal. They also are extremely slow and the last 4 times I ordered Diet Coke, I got regular coke. The staff here is the most incompetent people I have ever met. You go inside to correct an issue and they look at you like you’re crazy while they stand around chatting and not doing their job. I’m done with McDonald’s from now on.Update: I called to tell them they should be more mindful and was told they lose customers everyday and they don’t care. He then hung up on me. Fire the manager who was working at 1:00pm on 5/1. You should fire the entire staff. He’s the one that told me they don’t care. Good luck with your staff… apparently they don’t care.
They have a sign out saying open to Midnight Friday and Saturday, but I went through the drive thru at 10:40 pm. No on answered. I honked, yelled and tried to get their attention, but nothing. I drove around to see if they were open and if people were inside. There were at least 2 workers visible. I drove to the drive thru again. They did not answer. Other car tried the other drive up speaker. After waiting another 5 minutes I drove around again and the other car drove off. I tried one last time driving back and forth hoping it would trigger someone inside that several people wanted to be served. Two other vehicles came and left. After spending over 15 minutes trying to get some service I drove off. Why bother advertising on the advertising Marquee if you are not going to answer the drive thru window? They lost at least six customers from this time I first showed up until the time I finally drove off.I am definitely getting fed up with the lack of service and poor quality at McDonald's.If it was not for the fact that it was after 10:00 p.m. I would have gone to a fast food restaurant that was not McDonald's because of the bad service I've received elsewhere. This is one of the last final straws. I would definitely not visit the one on Highway 100 and Burleigh in Milwaukee ever again.If McDonald's doesn't learn to start treating its customers better they should look for being replaced and put out a business. I hear fast food worker saying that they want $15 an hour, they shouldn't even have jobs if they're not going to work to make their management money. The six customers that drove off, seven with myself, could have paid for the labor that they wasted in that last hour.
Dine-In closed. Drive-Thru only.. Employees made no effort to inform customers about the Dine-In being closed whatsoever despite multiple employees being seen dining-in. This would be fine, but there was NO sign, NO employees informed us of this, and NO way to indicate the restaurant was actually closed other than going all the way there just to realize all 3 doors are locked. Extremely unprofessional service, but this is McDonald's after all what do you expect.
I visited the drive thru this Friday evening I hate I didn't get any of the crew members names I was parked for 2 minutes to wait for my cookie tote the young man that brought my order out was very respectful they got my order correct and fast the food was fresh and the crew was very professional and I want to thank them for their service.
Never get what you want. Have to ask for your food after you search your bag. And then get a ridiculously small amount for a large fry.
Worst McDonald's ever and everytime i order off from them off doordash or ubereats they always mess up my order. Definitely will not be giving them anymore of my money
Very good Big Mac fries & drink, didn't like the apple pie, it was like cardboard, and was my birthday freebie, but everything else was good ?
It's very clean inside and the food is amazing but if you go inside be ready to wait a bit
Laziest, rudest and " uneducated " staff of all time. No one at this location is here to actually work, this is play center for the staff and on occasion they make food.... after their phones are checked, texts are sent, profanity is shouted... then if you are still actually waiting you might get " an " order. Mind you it won't be what you ordered and it will be filthy but you will be prepared for that. Someone needs to go in with a hidden camera and film the activities that take place. Upload it to Reddit, YouTube and TikTok. Maybe then McDonald's corporate will come through with bulldozers and put and end to this abomination.
They were an awesome staff. There are very few places one may go where the workers love their job, but with how happy and great they were, you'd truly believe they love their job.
