The worst experience I’ve had ever at any restaurant period. Food was wrong & cold, & waited 30 minutes for it. The workers there are rude and disrespectful I would hate to work at that location. Unfortunately this is why they should not raise minimum wage. McDonald’s should just close this location like Walmart did with midtown. Just shooting them selves in the foot with customers who will never return. Also first review I’ve ever done I’ve got better things to do with my time then to write about “fast food”
I dont normally leave reviews but needed to on this one. The drive thru was incredibly slow, took me 20 minutes to get through with a 3 car wait upon arrival. There was no one attending the window when I pulled up. When I got to the pick up window, the worker told me to pull to the side to wait for my food, however there was nowhere to park safely. He did the same to the person behind me. Then the worker who I expected to run my food out to the car window, came just outside the door and held my food out in her hand demanding that I leave my car to walk to come grab it. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Beyond terrible service!
This place doesn't make sense. I got charged $5 for a triple cheeseburger which I normally get for $3 & some change. All of a sudden it's &5 so while in there parking lot I called 2 other locations and there were $319&$339 as they should be. What the $?? ##& is going on with the 6631 w. North Ave locations and this is not the only issue with this store. There late night crew is disrespectful and unprofessional. PEOPLE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATIONS!!!!!! And I have the receipt to prove it
Compared to the other McDonald's in the city of Milwaukee, this location wasn't too bad. They did forget the bacon on my 9$ sandwich but that's to be expected at McDonald's these days. McDonald's should just automate. Fast food has become so bad these days
Understaffed location unable to adhere to posted hours, long drive through lines.
Me and my daughter came in for lunch today. We dine in the food was fresh and the fries was hot. Great customer service and the lobby was clean.
Another mediocre McDonald’s location. I wish I could say I found a great McDonald’s in the Milwaukee area. It has not happened yet. The suburban ones are better but anything in Milwaukee county is plagued by the same issues: slow service, staff that doesn’t seem to care at all, and food that is hot and passable but not at the top of my list to get.
This is the cleanest store and the staff was great. My food was hot and ready served with polite professionalism. I see why this store has many customers. Good job ??
Ordered a medium fry didn’t put it on our receipt. Waited and asked to PAY MORE because we wanted a fry. The lady closed the window on us MID SENTENCE then said that she won’t do it. Never going again
The food is good when it's hot. Only thing that really bothers me about this McDonald's is the lobby has an odor close to the counter by the area where you pick up delivery orders; it's almost as of they're using dirty mop water when mopping their floors. It's a very bad smell...Oh other than that the wait times are usually very long; but it's worth the wait at this location. I definitely recommend this location or the one on Fondulac; steer clear of Appleton's location right now
