The absolute worst Jimmy John's in the area. The app won't let me choose a different store, so I have to go with this place. Orders take over an hour to arrive...if they even do. Today's order never arrived, and the store won't pick up the phone when you call. Just close your store if you don't want to provide the service your company says it offers. You offer zero value.
Called to order delivery. Was told while ordering there was no guarantee as to when my one sub would be there (1.7 miles away). I asked if it would be longer than 2 hours, they said they couldn't answer that because of "traffic". This was at 1pm in the afternoon, and the under 2 mile drive is was 100% residential, no traffic at all. I figured forget it, just cancel the order. I repeatedly asked the employee for confirmation that my card would not be charged. They said my card was not charged. Sure enough, my card was charged. Called this morning to speak with a manager, trying to get my money back. Was told it would be 14 business days. What a joke. Get it together.
Seriously the slowest workers at any Jimmy Johns I have ever encountered. I have been here at least 15+ times and every single time they are incredibly slow at making my order of 1 or 2 sandwiches. Workers are not friendly either. Food taste great but definitely needs to work on speed and friendliness here!
I dont have any complaints about this location. The few times I've ordered here to go. Everything is ready promptly/by the time i arrive and the people are friendly
I never heard of Jimmy Johns before moving to Iowa.Now when I want a sub JJ is where I head too. I especially like the Cubano.
I had a turkey tom sandwich on whole wheat. It was great. I recommend everyone to try because I really enjoyed my meal!!! Thanks Jimmy John.
In a world of everyone complaining how they didn't get their order fast enough and what not, I just want to say thank you. I spent the last 28 hours driving down to Kansas and back to get my daughter and come back. I didn't realize they were closed and while you could see they didn't want to and could have told me they were closed; they didn't. Just wanted to say thank you from someone who wanted to do nothing but shower and eat after the forever trip. Thanks again!
The customer service at this location is incredible!! All the employees are over the top ridiculously nice and accommodating!!!
Usually this place is good, and has the cheapest Jimmy John's prices around. However attached is a picture of the sub/lettuce they served me on 9/25/21. At first I just thought it had been exposed to the air just a little too long, and ate a bite, but it tasted funny too. Would've gone back to replace it but had other things going on
Customer service is lacking and the staff are extremely slow. I've never waited longer to receive fast food. This is the closest JJ's to my work and each time I order from here I end up waiting 5-10 minutes for my food, which is a long time to wait compared to other locations. I will be driving to another location from now on unless this issue is addressed immediately.
