I got my lunch there today and they didn't have bottled Pepsi, so the gentlemen who brought out my order grabbed a larger fountain drink and gave me a free sub for my next visit since they were out of bottles. This is a person who gets the big picture of a business during a supply chain crisis. The sub was excellent, as always too!I will definitely be back there!
Yesterdays crew was amazing all young individuals great service answered all my questions about my sub and had outstanding team work love to see them work more!!
Ordered food for my staff, 7 sandwiches total. None were labeled correctly despite me placing names on each sandwich, almost all made wrong. I placed the order online specifically to avoid confusion but it did not make a difference. Disappointing
Normally Jersey mikes is 100% perfect every time, however this location last night had bad bread, dry and crumbled while eating it making it hard to eat and bad taste. So they either need to throw back bread out sooner or adjust something they are doing wrong at this location. Bread has never been a issue at any other location or state.
I disliked the set up, it was very messy, but they were quick. Overall the sub was ok I would rather visit cousins or subway.
Jersey Mike Subs are delicious! Heads up...I am going to discuss two locations. In general I love the fact that they slice all their meats and cheeses in front of you. You can actually watch them make your food, such a bonus! The Bluemound location is my favorite, staff is always nice and friendly. They make your food just the way you like it and it taste fresh and delicious. They have great customer service skills! The Mayfair location makes good food, but they really need to work on their customer service skills. These grown folks have more attitudes than teenagers. Their facial expressions tell it all. The eye rolling and smacking of the lips is not professional and very unnecessary. You should remember that the customer keeps you in business. Also this is a reflection on management. Management needs to be there making sure that staff is doing what they are suppose to be doing and teaching staff how to be friendly and professional. Oh, and it's real nasty that staff are using their phones in front of customers and right by the food prep area. You put your phone away but did not wash your hands before putting your gloves on, just nasty. I'm done! I'll go back to the Bluemound location where they got good customer service skills and are clean.
Just stopped by tonight at 8:15 PM after checking the hours which stated open til 9. Drove there for a cheesesteak sub. The open sign is off. Go to the door and 3 employees are standing there saying they can't sell a hot sub because they are cleaning the grill. Had to drive to the west Milwaukee location to get our fix.
Manager was locked in during lunch rush as well as rest of staff. Both cold and hot sandwiches were well made and delicious. Provolone tasted great and fresh sliced to perfection.
Well I was at this location today and Wauwatosa Wisconsin eating my lunch. There was two older women that came in with rather large orders. When the folks behind the counter we're asking how they wanted their sandwiches fixed one of them got a little confused. The staff at this location went above and beyond to explain everything to them and were unbelievably kind and patient! Very pleasant experience good to see people in the service industry treating somebody how I would want my grandmother treated! A++
Just walked in and the guy working gave us the worst attitude. He asked if we just walked in and when we said yes he threw his gloves on the on the counter and said something snarky to his coworker that prompted us to leave. There was still 20 mins before close and they just served someone else.Completely unprofessional and after a long day we were just looking for something to eat.
