Would be zero stars if possible.Driver wouldn't deliver upstairs at my apartment building. I didn't get the order.My order went out for delivery then got marked complete but no one ever actually came. Again I didn't get my order.Both times I called and was on hold for long wait times (14minutes and 12 minutes)

I’m never one to post anything but after how rude these guys were I will never order from dominos again. Said food was delivered and it never was. Tried to argue about the fact it was delivered then told me it would be over an hour to get the food I had already ordered. The guy was chuckling and very rude.

Worst customer service ever! A one star review is too much. I placed an online order and shortly after, it was cancelled. It said to call the store. I called and was told their oven was having problems. I find, I get that. I then asked what happens to the rewards points I redeemed. The person on the phone says "what about em? " Guess that wasn't clear so I ask again how I get them back. He puts me on hold, then hangs up on me. I call the store 2 more times and they keep hanging up on me. Great customer service I'd say....

This is the worst domino’s I have ever ordered from, I’ve consistently had nothing but problems from them. I ordered pizza a few weeks ago and it took over 1.5 hrs for it to be delivered and it arrived cold. Now tonight I tried it again because I generally like domino’s food, I just hate this store near my house. I placed my order online like always no biggie less then 5 min later I get an email saying my order has been canceled. That’s weird so I called the store to see what’s wrong. I got transferred to a calling center who then said they would transfer me to the store. I stayed on hold for almost 10 min for the store to hang up on me. I called back again same thing but this time the store hung up on me after 5 mins of being on hold. This store has the worst customer service, the lowest regard for their product and is a disgrace to the domino’s chain. I have worked in the service industry for many years so I often try to give people lots of chances because I know we all have off nights. But unfortunately this dominos always has an off night and they are consistently letting me down.

I work at dominos and yes things get messed up but here's the reasons things happen1) if you are on the phone for a very long time, it's probably because we have 30+ orders to make and we have 4 people working inside and there is no one to answer the phone. if there was a mistake, come to the location, it will get done quicker2) if delivery is delayed, it's because we don't have many delivery drivers working, carryout and carside will always get your pizza quicker.3) if you order 15+ pizzas on a busy weekend night and it isn't a timed order, 7/10 we will cancel the order. It's inconsiderate for the workers who are already working super hard on 30+ orders that are already late, we simply cannot do that. please make it a timed order, and timed orders are typically priority.4) if you order pizza from 4-7 on a Friday or Sunday, it's gonna take a while. those are our busiest nights. put in a timed order or order earlier5) if a staff member is rude to you it's either a- we're all tired and overworked, b- you were rude as well or c- it's a teenage boy who barely even shows up so we're just glad he's there. but please let us know that.6) TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS

I ordered several pizzas, and sudes at 4:58pm for delivery for our dinner. I checked the tracker and it went thru quality check at 5:17pm. By six I had tried calling twice and on eternal hold. Finally an answer and a young woman dryly told me my order was still there, and explained short on drivers. I could pick up or get refund. I was frustrated and was going to opt for refund. The driver came in at that time and I was told 10 to 12 min. The phone app sent me a text at 6:43 saying driver was on way.Almost another hour passed no delivery and cant get anyone on line to even cancel at this point. I got thru well after after 7:30pm . The same young lady answered surprised driver never showed and canceled the order . I was very surprised as never had this issue with the store. But frustrated as in midst I had to scramble for dinner. Unacceptable customer service

I've ordered from this location for years and have always had fast service, accurate orders, timely delivery, and well-made food. Even in the last two years, which has been rough for places offering delivery, this store has been consistently dependable.

Terrible!!! Pizza was taking forever, tracker was off by over 20 minutes, so I called to check. The kid on the phone was rude, yelling, speaking over me and kept lying about the status according to each thing I "tried" to say. Tracker said it was in "Quality Check" at 2:32 and I called at 2:55, which means it was just sitting there. Whether it's under a heat lamp or not, it's been sitting. He said suddenly it was "literally just made", suddenly HE "just literally made it", and when it came to Manager time, he was suddenly the Manager. I said to cancel the order and it still arrived, completely wrong. I called to report this and get a refund of the over $30 spent, got argued with again, hung up on 3 times, kept getting referred to as "the female", and had to argue my refund. So I got NO FOOD, after all this waiting and the worst customer service ever, and am willing to bet the refund wasn't issued correctly just like everything else. I hope their manager "Mark" sees this and gets his employees and business in line.

The first few times I ordered from here, it was great. Always on time, always hot and fresh. The last 3x I've ordered delivery, they've messed up one way or another. This 4th and final time, it has taken them OVER an hour to get me my pizza, I was left on hold for 10 mins, and it has now taken over 25 mins to deliver my food. I ordered dinner at 645pm, it is now 821pm and I still DO NOT have my food. This is the last time I order from this location. Dominos has a lost a customer.

I placed my order online, I asked for sausage, pepperoni & banana peppers.They put chicken, sausage & pineapples. ??‍♀️My other pizza was correct but they both taste horrible! ?I called about my order & the manager didn’t apologize or anything. I don’t need anything free, just would like my order to be correct & not get us sick.No more Domino’s!
