My goodness it was very tricky to get to this location. The path is weird since there's construction too. The food I got was more than excellent; but the muffin was way delicious to the point I needed to order another one. It can be eaten without butter. Still, I spread some jelly and it enhanced the richness of it. Customer service was excellent.
Ordered the featured pancake breakfast, a cookie dough milkshake, extra bacon, and a fruit cup. The only thing I received when my UberEats driver arrived was the featured pancake breakfast. I’ve gone ahead and submitted nearly my entire order for a refund. Honestly more disappointed than anything. The only reason I ordered from here was for that milkshake, and they could not even manage to grant me that. For reference, this is order number 1500888
Our server, Jarrell was awesome!! He was friendly, funny and took great care of us. I highly recommend going there and asking for Jarrell, if you want an awesome server .
Staff was great and so was the food. Marquise is a truly wonderful human with the energy he brought. I loved my experience.
We had a terrible server named Markece who failed to attend our table. When he did, he ended up forgetting items and caused our dining experience to be disorderly and unpleasant. We had asked for a napkin at one point and he attended the entire restaurant before forgetting to get our napkin and bringing it to us only after we had finished the meal and wanted the check. I would highly suggest going to a different Denny's as the food itself is good, but the employees here are lacking.
Ordered online 2 weeks ago. Multiple items missing from our order and items that were delivered were damaged during delivery. Had to call 7 times to finally be connected with an agent and he told me I would get a full refund. Still nothing a week later, so I call back and talk to someone from corporate. They say they don’t see anything at all, have to re-explain again why my order was wrong and want a refund. She also says she will give me a full refund. Now earlier this week I finally get a call from the manager at this location, she gaslights me acting like nothing was wrong or it was somehow my fault I wasn’t able to get ahold of one of their employees. She says she will process the refund. Today I check my email and am receiving a *partial* refund on my order DESPITE NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT ANY OF IT, AND BEING TOLD BY THEIR CORPORATE I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND. This restaurant is shady, deceiving, and rude. I will NEVER order from a dennys restaurant again after this encounter. They literally stole my money.
I've ordered carryout a few times. Great food and the last time I showed up well before the estimated ready time and a manager (wothout me asking her) went back to the line to wait on my food as soon as it was ready so I'd have it ASAP. I wasn't expecting that level of excitement or service from the staff.
Do NOT bother calling them. They will NEVER answer the phone, and have set their system up to loop you, hang up on you, or transfer you to an off site order taking individual.I repeat, you CAN NOT get anyone at this restaurant on the phone. Ever.
My kids and I haven't been to a Dennys in about two years. So we were super excited to come out and eat and enjoy the food. But unfortunately we never even got greeted at the entrance after LITERALLY 30 min of waiting not even a I'll be with you shortly or hi there we are in a 30 min wait. Nothing. So we decided to leave. Not sure what's going on nowadays with Customer service. But TBH if you can't handle the pressure of the Food industry just don't do it. I come from 15 years in the food industry I know it's not easy but to have customers waiting that long without a word is extremely unprofessional and sad cause we will never come back here!
