My granddaughter chose Dave & Busters for her graduation party. We had around 12 people, and I ordered appetizers and drinks. The waitress we had was the BEST. She was attentive but not intrusive, answered our questions and was prompt in serving what we ordered. She was great and should be acknowledged. I also appreciated that the music was not too loud so we could talk.
I got to the restaurant and was told they did not accept reservations. I showed them my email from open table. He insisted they did not do reservations. We were seated right away since they had plenty of tables. I talked to our server about this. She was also unaware of open table. She asked her manager who said they DO use the service. No one recorded that we were indeed there. Hence, when I got home I got a âno showâ email from open table. I responded as above. VERY ANNOYING! Our server was very nice and updated us on our long wait for food due to some large parties on site. The food was OK. This is a game type venue, so wasnât really expecting great food.
The staff and management at Dave an Busters were wonderful with our large crowd. They were super attentive, explained all our options with the gaming, and all-in-all made it a wonderful Sunday afternoon. Christine the manager was extremely accommodating and helped manage our large group.
Manager Catherine was extremely accommodating for our last minute very large group. She managed expectations incredibly and her staff made it a wonderful experience.
Haven’t had this much fun with our kiddos in a very long time! My husband was even impressed! He sat watching the games on the million TV’s that are in the bar area! Staff were super friendly and helpful. My kids were super excited to spend their tickets in the fun store they have. I was kind of shocked by how much they were able to buy. Thank you for the great family day!
Go when the manager Crissy is working...which seems like all the time cause she is there every time I went. She is very friendly, highly engaging with the customers, she holds her employees to a high standard and it shows. She seems to have a solid staff that at the least I can say seems to keep things running smoothly. I could go down to the D&B in Illinois as it's the same distance in the other direction, but the one in Wauwautosa is better in my opinion.
Fun place to go. The food is great and the games are awesome. Really cool environment with music and sports bar combo.
This is a good only review. I haven’t been to D&B in years and I’m not sure what happened but the food is disgusting. Kids didn’t like the food neither the adults. The chocolate cake wasn’t like what I remembered. I was so disappointed. I guess with Covid they had to make some cuts. I would come here again for the games and French fries only.
