I'd I could do 0 stars I would they need to shut down they always short of staff they are rude and take their sweet time. They refuse to take orders on time and this was my 4th day in a row and I never got to get nor pay for food because of these reasons and I'm sick of it I've had it up to here with this extremely nonchalant crew with attitudes
Terrible customer service. Unpleasant tasting misty slushes. I was over charged and when I tried to tell the cashier she simply said that the prices on their (independent) website had not been updated. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their window, the owner argued with me saying that I had looked at dairyqueen.com for the prices. I didn't. I looked on their independent website (and have screen shots of the website). The owner either has poor communication skills or simply didn't want to listen to what I had to say. To make it worse, the drinks that I ordered didn't taste good. I went back to try and get a refund and the doors were locked. My only choice would have been to wait another 27 minutes in the drive-thru to try and get my money back.(They were super busy with a line of cars out onto the street) It was easier to just call my credit card company and dispute the charge.
went here Friday with my kids and the service was awful. the parking lot was full of trash and the whole place smelled like weed. my ice cream cone was over 3 dollars for a small even . staff doesn't care rude and trashy. won't be going back here again
Went to dairy queen at 9:15pm today. The door was open so I walked in. The guy worker said they were closed and that the drive-thru was open. I looked at the sign and it did say they close at 10pm and the drive-thru was open. I said no problem I will drive around. I went through the drive-thru and no one answered or responded for about 5 minutes. I gave up and just drove off. I will never come back here again. Wasted my time and buzz.
Came to this Dairy Queen and ordered cheeseburger lunch combo . I bit into my sandwich to discover it had bacon on it. I took it back the lady told me that's how it comes and she been there 11yrs. I told her I've ordered it before and never came that way and sign doesn't say it comes that way. I got a refund went to my car to bring back the Sundae. Slid it on to the counter now young black male employee says don't throw Nothing and I don't want it with him and threatened to beat me up basically. Now me and him is about to fight because he's continually trying to get past the women after they sent him in the back. Worst experience I've ever had at Dairy Queen. I don't eat pork and the sign should say it comes with bacon. Even though I know it doesn't and the woman lied and tried to make me think it does. That's would be a lawsuit if I got sick or attacked by that employee
They were quick and the ice cream/onion rings were great! Only unfortunately thing in my cheesecake blizzard, were there was really no cheesecake in it but 3 bites. Overall, good experience!
This place has terrible ice cream. Ordered the mint chip shake and it was just half mixed with bright green syrup. The hot fudge Sunday was served with cold watery chocolate. Sad excuse for ice cream and bad look for Dairy Queen. Also cost $10 . Save you money and go to the grocery store.
The people working here are nice. Got some ice cream with my kids and it was great. The environment is a little dingy and dirty on the inside though. Not the best to sit and enjoy food inside though
I ordered a chocolate extreme blizzard MADE with chocolate Ice cream. The worker said okay when I ordered it and then they DID NOT make it with chocolate Ice cream. When I tried to get it fixed they informed me that they don’t actually serve chocolate ice cream??? If that was the case why would they not say that at the window while I was ordered instead of taking my money and giving me the wrong thing. Didn’t even offer a refund or anything. Absolutely horrible service and product
I usually come in the mornings with my wife and service is great and food is of good quality. I recently came on a Monday night because I had my grandkids and wanted to get them a special treat. I’m sorry to say but the service is completely different at night. Employees are slow, product does not taste fresh. And to top it all off, I felt uncomfortable eating in with my grandkids because this creepy guy hanging out behind the counters. Not sure if he was an employee but he looked really suspicious and just dirty standing around by the register. He looked like a true junkie. There was also a little girl that roamed as she pleased. Definitely not a good look. My family and I will continue to come during morning business hours.
