So about 1 or 2 months ago I had a bad experience here with someone on the phone who told me I couldn't place an order over the phone then she hung up on me. I spoke with someone over her and was satisfied with the conversation. So yesterday i decided to try the drive thru on my lunch break around 4-5p. First off the lady over the speaker had zero customer service skills.. when I asked if the sandwich came with certain things she just looked at me like I'm supposed to know. I asked for that item on my sandwich and she didn't even confirm if I could or not. Extremely rude, no customer service just disappointing. I wish corporate would just send undercover people thru their drive thru so they can see how the customers are really treated. On the upside food was good as usually all cousin's are. But her service will definitely have me not returning to spend my money. Oh and my order was wrong I didn't even bother to return because I didn't want to deal with her.
You often sit a while in the drive thru at any Cousins in my area. But the sammies are always worth the wait! Yum. Go shove a sandwich in your face. They are delicious, I recommend the roast beef and cheddar. ☺️
Brand new facility so it has updated decor plenty of seating and a cozy atmosphere. Offers a drive thru option, curb side pick-up and shares a parking lot with another business so spots are plentiful. Subs are still made to order as always but perhaps with their new drive thru they've learned how to speed up the process. I didn't wait long for my order and was to the Cousins standard.
Sub was good, tables and booth needed to be cleaned. Service was quick.
Wonderful food, kinda slow but the food is always fresh!
Waited almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Mind you,I could see 5 employees working. Two were arguing. Hood. Order was inaccurate, missing items. They didn't seem to care at all. I'll never return there.
Good food but the drive through took well over 15min for 3 cold subs
Saw 2 workers sitting around the counter while the drive through line was not moving. It took very long to get food. Not coming back
Slow service. We waited 15 minutes in drive thru. My husband had a sandwich bowl, they forgot to give dressing. The food tasted good though. Was worth the wait.
