Never have I seen a more bold, well tempered and strong manager look an extremely problematic customer in the face and say "not today sir, not today". Truly impressive gusto despite a commanding difference in stature. The situation was handled extremely well on all fronts but had that fella started swinging, they would have had at least one of us ready to line up behind them just based on sheer morning inspiration. Give the red headed manager a raise. They deserve every dollar you probably should already add to her paycheck anyway.
Cute cafe. Fast and cheerful service. I was there for breakfast. It cannot be said that the veggie breakfast burrito was enough to be full, but it was quite tasty. So is the scone.The thing is, I guess this is a bit of a personal situation but, if the music is too loud in a place, after a point I start to feel more and more blue. For me, it is something that takes all the beauty and peace of the place. The music was too loud, especially for that hour of the morning, and I left the cafe half an hour later with a feeling of distress.Other than that I have no complaints.
Great selection of coffees and teas. They also have food items and have off-street parking.
It was busy when I got here. Service was great, and the wait time wasn't unreasonable. The lattes I got were delicious. Highly recommend visiting if you want some coffee and are in the area.
I had a pistachio match latte with soy milk and it was amazing. Better than I could have ever dreamed. Very pistachio-like. I also had a crasin and pumpkin seed pumpkin muffin that was really good. It had a nice balance of moisture and fluffiness.Colectivo also has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere to hang out crocheting in for an hour and a half while you're being stood up (turns out she passed out and just had to go to the ER so it turned out a little ok)
Wait times WAY too long for a coffee shop. Have gone to Colectivo’s for years throughout the city. Prospect to Bay View I’ve never had the wait times of this location. My guess is due to the app ordering and delivery services they are taking on too many orders to process in a reasonable amount of time.Food and coffee are the usual better-than-average that Colectivo offers. Environment is bustling with plenty of seating.

I like this place it was very convenient for my son and I. Was with in walking distance from our Airbnb. We ordered the Cherizo burritos with some kind of tasty salsa. We both liked very much. I ordered Hot Chai Latta to go with my burrito. Nice and hot N tasty. Rated 4 stars due to prices and minimum interactions with the staff, they just looked as if they were just doing a job...Other then that it was still worth the experience of visiting Colectivo Coffee.
Use the app! Also the chorizo burrito is my go to. Always good. Add a side of guac!
