Meh, Colectivo isn't anything special. The atmosphere is what people go for. There is seating to read or meet a friend. Barista was rude. Asked for an iced coffee with almond milk and they gave me an iced cold brew that had barely any almond milk- the cold brew was still black and tasted bitter. I had to add in oat milk at the self serve station. Also overfilled the cup. Not what I ordered and I paid extra for the almond milk. Smoothie was okay, a little runny. There's better coffee shops around.
Food and service has declined over the last year and a half. My usual BLT and a was just okay. Wish they would return to serving my food in a basket rather than a bag

Collectivo's bakery is consistently dry or oddly flavored - compare with City Market's excellent scones for example. Sour coffee with a hint of coffee flavor. People go to this place because they can sit here's long time - not for the food. And because smaller shops can't compete. I meet friends here because I have little choice in my neighborhood. I gave it two stars for the space.
Absolutely love this location (and love Colectivo). Great spaces to work, my favorite coffee in town, and yummy breakfast. Glad I don't live next door otherwise I would probably be an investor in the company.
Very tasty pistachio latte with oat milk. I always enjoyed their outdoor fireplace. Great place to hangout and enjoy cup of coffee
When it comes to having a place to study I can't go here anymore because you close super early now at 2. And I know I speak for a lot of people when I say this. This coffee shop would get so much buissness at night hours. Not sure why this bussiness stopped having night hours but it should definitely start again because it'd be pulling way more money.
I love this place. But I tried the sweet potato chili this time and I did not like it. Too much cumin. But coffee is great!

Favorite Milwaukee coffee! This location is cozy, especially love the indoor fireplace/outdoor fire pit.
