Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My order was completely wrong. Fine. Mistakes happen, but you cannot call the restaurant. You are sent to an automated system that is horrid and tells you to order on-line and won’t transfer you. The “pepper” messaging system is automated and asks the same questions over and over and then says it doesn’t understand your response or phone number. I will never patronize a Chipotle again. You get the wrong order, and they don’t care and won’t respond.

My fiance and I came here today and saw that you are offering a new Chicken. So we started our run through the line to find out that there was none of the new Chicken available. We were told that there would be a short wait for the chicken to be available so we agreed. 20 minutes went by as I watched the cook in the back finish the chicken only 4 to sit in its containers for an additional 10 minutes while the cook decided to continuously play on his phone and then cut some chicken and then go cook some onions on the grill then come back and cut the chicken and so we decided to ultimately to just leave. We then we're going to go to Culver's only to realize that there is another Chipotle right next to Culver's so we walked in within 5 minutes we were out the door new chicken and all. I think you need to do a review on the kids that you have working in the Mayfair Chipotle because none of them seem to care that we waited for as long as we did without saying anything before just leaving.

Unacceptable used uber eats got a cold, burned and incomplete order, can't eat this thing, is ate this I will be sick now not safe.

Good place to eat. Basic burrito mexicaly style food. Modest prices, good amount of food for the prices. Dinner was $9- $12 and we were all full.

This Chipotle was fairly busy with not many tables open when I went. The prep area right behind the counter was pretty messy as well, but not necessarily a reflection on anything other than the restaurant being busy. An overall okay Chipotle experience.

This Chipotle used to be my favorite spot. Went in for a burrito bowl and the rice was hard, they only gave a half spoon of chicken, which was not seasoned well, and wanted to charge extra when I asked for a little more. People were very nice but the food was not good.

Last night (02/02/2022) at 8pm my girlfriend and I placed an order for pickup. I ordered a bowl with two servings of steak. When we went in to pick up the order, we overheard a staff member say to another staff member that there was only one serving of steak left and should they just give that and say it was the two servings ordered and payed for. The other staff member said yes and I was left with a tiny bowl with almost no steak or rice. They should have been honest instead of screwing over a customer.

Got there around 8 30 pm the pinto beans and black beans not filled to top looked dry white rice was all the way on the bottom no one cooking in the kitchen no green and red peppers guacamole was low and slightly brown the staff was not professional at serving they would just slap on sour cream Without asking how much do you want on it same with the cheese they never gave us a preference never going back again... 12 28 2021Update walked in with my wife and daughter they told us we. An only order online so we moved to the side and other people came in and they didn't have to order online what's up with that chipotle??????

Tried out the new plant based chorizo bowl today and found it to be a good substitute. Person I was with had a chicken bowl and they were disappointed with it. They said it lacked flavor

This used to be my favorite location, have been going here for years. My last couple visits have been horrible. Todays visit was my last strike. Myself & the lady ahead of me had to ask the workers to clean up & put new food out. Everything looked like it had been sitting out overnight, food all over the counters, cross contamination from food being dropped in other containers, just disgusting! The employees do not engage with you or provide any type of customer service. No apologies given for the service being provided. I suggest owners do some pop up visits to this location. This is our neighborhood Chipotle but will definitely drive extra miles away to get better service going forward. Truly disappointed & from other recent reviews looks like others are experiencing the same.
