This place is not the place to eat right now until they are fully staff, the wait time is 1 hr to get food, we did indeed wait for the food, the bartender gave us great customer service even do she was crazy busy, I think her name is Joyce. In the other hand the GM, was there the whole time and decided not to help or take order on any table, it was very heart broken to see how he treated his employees, as a manager my self I know is hard times not finding workers but let’s be a team and help the workers we have left, Please take care of your employees.
Haven't eaten at a Bdubs in probably 2 years but got together with a friend and decided to stop here, should have known based on the lack of cars in the parking lot that this wasn't the best option. Only giving 2 stars since the waitress was very kind and attentive but the food was far from spectacular. I ordered the 10 piece boneless which was more like a 10 piece popcorn chicken, pitiful little chunks which were dry and somewhat tough. Friend ordered the black bean burger which was decent looking but side of fries was all of a little pinch of maybe 12. I understand prices are going up but portion sizes should not be going down. I remember getting 10 boneless wings in the the past and having nice sized juicy chicken which would fill me up sometimes even would take home leftovers, here we left both still hungry likely will not return.
I placed a take-out order today for 20 traditional wings. All 20 of those wings were under cooked, under sauced, and dangerous to eat. I attempted to taste one wing and it was like chewing rubber. I strongly encourage a food inspector visit to this location. Customers eat at your own risk!
Food is a usually pretty good, but customer service is horrible. Over the phone, in person, itdoesn't matter. They are rude. They take forever to do sinple tasks for patrons. They have a lack of work ethic and a type of laziness that I am unable describe. I am appalled because this is one of my favorite restaurants (In general, not in particular) to eat at. It is a shame to see it bring down its name.
Service was very slow and we had to call the server over just to get drinks or a refill. Food was good and the right temperature. Girl at the door seemed confused about us asking to sit and eat. Tables were very limited, we sat ourselves, and had to move a chair from another table since booths were closed and there more than 4 of us.
Extremely poor customer service. I had ordered my food ahead online. I walked up to the take-out counter. I told the young lady I was picking up an online order. Her response was, "there is nothing up here yet ready for pickup."I sat over to the side on the benches to wait. In the span of 5 minutes. 3 other individuals orders came and asked for their food pickup. The first one came up and the lady working said, could I get your name please. I instantly waited for a moment and asked her why didn't ask for my name. She said she had just closed out my order. The next customer had an online order and they gave her their name, the server then looked in what seemed like coolers but I'm thinking is a heated box or something to keep the food warm. She found the person's order and gave it to them. There was a person waiting behind the person she just helped so I let her help him and while she was looking for his order in this cooler boxes she said to me oh did you have the burger? I said yes, and she was like oh here. I was very short with her in the end, I said so you didn't even bother looking for my food? She said something about it not having a ticket on the bag. But that was just rude and horrible service.I will not be ordering from this location again. Not worth the money you spend. McDonald's workers have better customer service than this girl did.
Ordered via app and was given a specific time when food was ready. Arrived to the restaurant only to be told to wait additional 15 minutes for the "fries". Food was decent, staffing appeared to be understaffed (no one to greet you at door and no one at customer service pickup area). Will probably go back but only if kids crave wings. Will keep searching elsewhere for wings. Anyone who reads this I will definitely post better wing place review if I find one.
Just got done here a few hours ago and all went well. Barely any wait to be seated, have our order taken or get drinks/food. The food was pretty good and we didn't have any quality issues. Our waitress was great, very professional and as prompt as you could expect these days. However...During the course of our meal I feel obligated to mention a few things. The week point of this operation seems to be the host/hostess position. While we had no problem being seated, many others did and one guy even went so far as to enter the kitchen yelling for someone. Quite a few people piled up in the lobby area before the bartender finally came around and directed them into the bar area to be seated. Also, be aware, at the time of this writing the dining room is closed. They were seating people in the bar area. It's fine because there is plenty of space in there but still worth mentioning.
Easily the worst experience I’ve had throughout the entire pandemic. Their delivery driver took nearly 30 minutes to deliver our food despite the fact we live four minutes away and when it arrived, two of the three meals were cold and one was lukewarm. We called the restaurant and no one ever picks up and each call is ultimately disconnected.
Failed to explain after a 30 minute wait for a table, that only half of the menu was available. The waitress was nice but overworked because they were under staffed.
