Our experience with Jordan is always so amazing! He makes sure you have everything you need and is just a very nice person to have as a waiter. Always hope to have him!! :)
Fantastic customer service. Fast seating and service in general.Really enjoyed the steaks, chicken, ribs were to die for.Potato skins and the boneless wings are bursting with flavor.It wasn't very busy as we went on a Monday evening.I ordered a a pineapple margarita and it was made perfectly.Highly recommend trying this place if it's not too packed. Tried going several times in last few months but couldn't find a parking spot.Easy to find and navigate to as well.Restaurant and bathroom was very clean. Miss the peanuts but not on the floor. Try it and you won't be sorry.
Ordered a large ribeye and received a small. Ask waitress and she said no that’s a large. I’ve been there enough times to know the difference. All you have to do is look in the cooler when you come in. Waitress did a very poor job of serving us. Although the food was delicious we were disappointed for the terrible service we received

My daughter and I came about 4:15 pm. We sat in the bar a server named Caleb I believe was our server. My daughter just loved him. She said mom he is so busy! But we were not neglected even though he kept apologizing to customers around us. Trust me he was working so hard. Good employees are hard to keep. You need to keep this kid around for sure! I tipped him but my 10 year old daughter wanted to give him a tip too. He definitely earned it.
Always a fun atmosphere. Our most recent visit was for my daughter's birthday... she got on the saddle & was given a free scoop of ice cream. My steak was a little undercooked for me, so I only cut it but never took a bite as the only other time our server checked on us was when we were already almost done with everything else, so no point in sending it back then. Steak cooked incorrectlythe last 2 times, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5!
I do online pick up! It's always doing when you request it! Another great experience at this Texas Roadhouse! The girls are so nice for pick up! The steaks are already cooked correct and only one wrong order in 3 months! You need to order more salad dressing, they don't give you enough. Lots of fresh baked buns and honey butter are always in the bag.
Hands down best experience at the perfect time we’ve had!!! Our server Jordan was quick, great mood and very on top of everything-he should lead the rest!!! His manager Makayla was amazing as well!!!! My son and I were out to dinner , his choice to celebrate and them two along with the rest of the staff definitely made it a great experience!! All around operations from my previous visit seemed to be improved, our family will return next week for our family dinner night out for sure?
This restaurant is a great place for a family meal or a date night. Curb side pick up is outside. Send them a text when you get there and wait for a reply to see if your food is ready.
We always love stopping in and grabbing my favorite dish. We went right when they opened at 3pm. The ribs and sirloin steak combo is always good. The steak was flavorful and very tender. The ribs have great sauce and usually fall off the bone easily. Service was quick to respond.
