Ordered breakfast from drive thru. Lady.taking our order says does that look about right? About? I said yes. Got home and they forgot the breakfast salsa, no bacon int my bacon burrito, and messed up my tacos too. How hard is ur job? I think minimum wage is overpaid for these people.
Yes, we eat at Taco Bell. We love the chalupas when it is made on a fresh cooked shell. The last couple of times we ordered chalupas, they were cold and hard on the outside, and warm in the middle. We have decided to immediately return these for replacements next time. Overall we have eaten at Taco Bell often for the last 30 years. Most of the time it is a good experience.
I placed an online order 2 days in a row set to be picked up at noon and both days the order was not put through to the back and I had to wait for my food to be made while I'm on my lunch from work. Karen was up front today and I asked where my order was, seeing it was not at the pick up location inside. She made a comment about she doesn't know what's going on up front. Um, if you're working the front, you should know what's going on. There was a different day that she had been working up front and she had like 6 people just waiting as she was not up front to take orders. I don't know whats going on there but I was very displeased the last 2 times I was there.
The date i ordered food from this tacobell location was 2/5/22 and my order number is 315960. Although this time i was only missing 1 item out of 5 and notice i said "this time" < key word >.Anyhow, i went through the drive through as walk in's for all fast food restaurants are mostly closed due to covid-19. I told "brooke" over the ordering com that i wanted 3x hard shell beef tacos, 3x chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, a crunch wrap supreme, a chicken quesadilla and lastly a med baja blast drink. She repeated my order correctly so i drove to the window without looking at the display.I ended up paying for 1x hard shell, 1x chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, 1x crunchwrap, 1x chicken quesadilla, and 1x med drink, which was completely wrong but i was okay since i had already paid for it. Now here's the issue; aside from not getting my order correctly with 8 items, i now have 5 items that i paid for but there was no chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito to be found within my order. This furiated me as it almost always happens at this exact tacobell location. To be honest, out of 10 times ordering from this location, 2:10 (twice); is the ratio that they get your order right.Now a little words of encouragement to all the tacobell employees at 1730 US-51 N, Wausau, WI 54401, store: 031835:Everyone knows that fast food restaurants are not a career, and they are never permanent. Nothing is great about it either, the pay, the benefits, the hours, and management up. It is also a stressful work environment aside from being physical and mentally draining. However, with that said, absolutely no body is forcing you to work there and if you don't have the decently to get the basics right, then please GTFO and stop fawking up customers orders on purpose. Stop it with your drugs, your monkeying around, your tiktok videos during work hours and do the job that you are being paid for. And ya'll want $15.00 hr? LOL, SMFH....Why didn't i go back or call? I was already on hwy 51 heading home and do you not realize the price of gas nowadays? As for calling i did and i was offered a coupon, which i highly doubt tacobell will send, since I've never received one each time i call. I figure they take down your information and just toss it out.
Ordered through door dash and waited an hour for my food, went to pick it up myself finally. They proceeded to give me my food cold as ice and just told me that it’s been sitting there ready for pick up. And to add to it I got home and my order was wrong. Terrible customer service, at least have the decency to remake my food if it’s been sitting for over an hour.
It was the best visit I’ve received in some time now , my visits to other fast food restaurants have been very disappointing but toco bell in Wausau Wi completed our visit very well all of our order was done completely they got everything right and in a very good time with a smiling face and very pleasant! The Taco Bell on Grand avenue excellent and I feel that they are underrated. This one is terrible! Slow, 70% of the time they get your order wrong. I know that prices are going up everywhere but it's difficult to justify paying $10 for something that you did not order at a fast food place that, more often than not, is not fast.
Ordered a chalupa, half way through. Found a little striped worm.
Always seems to be decent service. Associates really need to learn how to properly make items they offer. Its a bit disappointing to not know if you will get your items made as they should be.
They were super busy and politely asked us to wait. We did and let me tell YOU, it was so worth IT!!! Delicious and fast, friendly service and even with my special request my order was perfect.
