Came in at 2 pm, waited for nearly 20 minutes before she got to us. She was incredibly rude, heated steak on a paper sheet, which left pieces of paper in one of the sandwiches, which later fell apart as she was cutting it. Sandwiches are messy since the girl was just slapping stuff on them, and missing things we asked for. Asked for two footlongs to be toasted, they were put in together for half the amount of time they should have been.
Rude and lazy worker. I watch a dude make 2 subs while a girl do no ething the whole time just watch him make the subs. She did our order and did not look at use once at us and gave a additude when he talk to her. She rolled her eyes on us and walked back in the employee area when she was done with our order.
I am very dissatisfied at the service. Lady was very rude. Had bad attitude. Smashed sandwiches and tossed them across the counter, they almost went on the floor. Ask for chips and cookies, she rolled her eyes and ignored the question. She just went on to say the total. I am not happy and will never return!!!!
No clean tables and was over charged for food and I had valid coupons
Food was good but the place was a mess no clean tables . We where the only ones eating and no one was cleaning the gals where talking alot

The whole reason for pre-ordering and pre-paying is to save time in picking up an order. I did this and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find the order. The worker stated there had just been a shift change, made a cursory search for it and said it couldn't be found. That was that. No offer to remake the order or refund the money paid - not that I had time to stick around for either of those options. I left with an empty wallet and an empty stomach. To top it off, Subway sent me an email thanking me for my visit, gave me a quick survey and a code to write on the sales slip I was supposed to have received (which I didn't) to be redeemed for free cookies. Subway, keep your cookies and give me the order I paid for!
Will not go here again. The salad is the cost of their 6in plus 1.69. I got a promo 6in for 2.99 and they said that the salads were a different price... just stupid. Please honor your promos not paying $6.50 when it should be $5
Not a single clean table in the whole place. Very disappointed.
Best subway sandwich ive had in a long time. Excellent and convenient location, clean environment. The young asian gentleman provided some of the best customer service in this area. His enthusiasm and professionalism Made my expirience that much better! A+
