They were really mean to my brother because he has autism so he had to quit because they were awful to him. Don't give them your business
I’ve been to this Starbucks location many many times and always order the same thing, Venti Iced Chai Latte with Oat milk. I’ve had my order messed up before but nothing major. They said they were out of oat milk and asked if almond milk was fine, I said yes and pulled forward, please explain how in return I get a venti HOT green tea latte with almond milk????♀️
I don't review big chains like Starbucks unless something really sticks out. This Starbucks made our day, yes they were quick, yes it was good, but one of our drinks had a beautiful message, well I guess brewtifull! They wrote have a brewtifull day with a big smile. On a second day of 5+ hours of driving that was a big lift. Thank you Starbucks crew! I had avoided Starbucks for their stances on some racial issues, but this shows some pure compassion and kindness

It's a Starbucks I've never actually gone inside. Seems like everybody hits the drive-thru so that gets kind of long but they're very quick and you don't wait long. I'm not sure if the main lobby is open but I usually have to come here because the store on the other side of town is not staffed properly and they can't open.

Asked for and was charged for the largest size drink, but received the 2nd largest size instead. This isn't the first time it has happened either. Unfortunately the app doesn't have a feature to offer any kind of feedback (which is just even more frustrating) so here I am making this review. Please ask your employee's to double check the order before sending it out. Please.
There are multiple Starbucks restaurants in the Wausau Area and this one is by far the worst service unprofessional Rundown little parking restaurant I have ever been to an all my Starbucks experiences. They had probably about eight staff members on the clock behind the counter. The drive-thru line was backed up for about a quarter of a mile and there was three people working the drive-thru about for Baristas making coffee and one person taking orders and handing out sandwiches and food. With that being said I had ordered two coffees one of which was made the other which was not made and the cop was sitting right next to it and the one person had decided to start making other orders ahead of all my stuff instead of finishing up one order. A complete lack of professionalism customer service and respect to the people who keep their company going.
I was there last Thursday and ordered 2 white hot chocolates. I received regular hot chocolate. Second time it’s happened and only 2 car in front of me. I even repeated the order and saw white hot chocolate up on the screen. I know it’s tough finding people and you can’t order ahead (ever it seems at this site) but this isn’t that hard to make.
