I am a person who likes to taste all the restaurants that I go to, the only ones that treated us with indifference, smelling of racism, a tall skinny waitress, her attitude was very unpleasant, very bad, and she was rude to us, she went to all the tables and ours, she also made it She didn't even look at us, I don't know why she is a human being just like me, I would never recommend a place like this, what a shame instead of attracting tourists, she scares them away with such attitudes. So-so food, the ribs were good. they only have to correct attitudes with people who are not of the same race.

Very good food. Went for birthday dinner. Great staff as well.

First time going here for fish. Not overly impressed. The beer battered, deep fried fish appeared to be burnt. The fish itself was thin and not very flavorful. While it did come with a salad bar and soup, the salad bar was a basic lettuce salad set up. No pasta salads. The fish fry did not come with the traditional cole slaw and rye bread, although they did bring rolls to the table. The service was good, however, it appeared to be a little chaotic in the dining area. They could take some pointers on making an old fashioned.I also found the prices to be quite high, especially the children's menu.

The food is always great! Service is amazing! I always have a great time there and enjoy all the times I go there. Can’t wait to to go back again!

Really looked forward to eating here. Unfortunately the food and service in the dining room were both terrible. Ordered full rack of ribs and the steak special. The taste of liquid smoke was so overpowering and unpleasant. The steak was so thinly cut I couldn’t blame them for cooking it well done even though I requested MR. Fries cold and floppy. Salad bar was unfortunately just okay. Server showed no personality and seemed put off that we even showed up. There was one other table in the dining room. Bar area was pretty busy. The star of the show were the tator tots. Those on their own moved this rating from a 1 star to 2.

Out on the north side of Wausau. Some might even say it's not even in Wausau. Richards is the quintessential "in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin bar." My friend and I came for the all you can eat wings on Thursday nights. The wings are okay. The sauces are on point though. There's approximately 8 sauces (I didn't count). I like my wings softer, but if you just in general like wings, this is your place. The service was a bit slow but there was a large party and we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem. In the dining room, we sat by the kitchen where the servers go in and out of the kitchen. If you're not used to a lot of movement, you probably won't like it. We didn't mind. This is a place for bar food, a few drinks and shooting the sh*t. Not for fancy people. You'll have a good time.We did walk in with masks on and every person probably stared ??‍♀️
