We stopped at Red Robin for my 7 year olds birthday on our way to my sisters. The service was excellent! Our waiter, Dan was accommodating as our 9 year old was having high emotions due to some sister jealously! He ordered her a large rootbeer float as well as a child rootbeer float which put a smile On her face and made her feel special! We definitely will be back!!
I swung through here with my parents. It seems like a relatively small venue, but we were able to get in with less than a five-minute wait. The deliver on the gourmet burger promise. I got all the bacon and cheese on mine along with their onion ring tower and steak fries. You actually get 'bottomless fries' with you meal, go I had some I could take home (which went great with breakfast).
Food was great and orders was delivered fast. The manager came around to the floor to greet the guests as we went around the tables and for some reason skipped our table. Actually made me feel a little uneasy as I would have enjoy a quick “how do you do” conversation. Hoping it’s just a coincidence. Customer service is more important to me than the food.
As always excellent food, the waitress was very attentive almost attentive even though the place was semi crowded. Like most restaurants they pack people in a small area even though the other side of the restaurant was wide open. The greeter never said anything to us and never attempted to, we had to wait for someone else to notice and seat us... Perhaps she was in training? But overall an ok experience and food is always good

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I ordered a whiskey river bbq chicken wrap, and when my food came out, it was a bbq chicken burger. Then our server begins to blame me for “only saying bbq chicken” even though I clearly said wrap and I was also pointing at the wrap. After another 20-25min my wrap came out and it looked like someone had already started eating it. It was torn up. Most of it was gone and was not presentable at all. My meal was not discounted and the wrap was not taken off the bill. Our server proceeded to give us attitude when we were trying to pay. I’d rather drive to Oshkosh to get Red Robin. Oshkosh has much much better service and food.

The burgers are okay. Mine was on the dry side and the steak fries were bland. The fried pickles with spicy mayo dressing was perfect. I don't know if I'd choose to eat here again when craving a burger if I'm being honest.
Not the best today. Ordered on line for pickup, problems with app and promo code. Had to have it straightened out. Burger was good, but food was all just Luke warm.. asked for toppings on the side, sandwich to be cut in half. Not done.
My kids love this place! Sure, it's just burgers, but in their bottomless sides they also have bottomless broccoli. The garlic fries are a bit sharp to my tastes but it's my oldest son's favorite. The kids menu is especially generous with a bottomless root beer float and Mac and cheese that's not just a box of Kraft.
