6/13/22, we got here at 7:45pm. The 3 employees we saw couldn't stop rolling their eyes and being rude and disrespectful. This was our first time eating at Qdoba, so we had questions, which elicited more rolling eyes. After getting past the attitude issues, we paid for our food and grabbed our drinks, which turned out to be flat and didn't taste like what we selected. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The worst part was hearing them talk trash about every single customer, and complain about $15/hr. I worked my tail off in a specialized trade for 15 years to get that kind of money. That does not excuse the disrespectful behavior these employees exhibited. This is my last time eating at Qdoba.
They got my order and my group of friends orders wrong and when we called to complain the manager was rude and cut us off repeatedly when we were trying to explain what was wrong with our order claiming that we were lying and there was no way to prove it. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant. My order was missing all my queso, sour cream, cojita cheese and cilantro. It had only 4 small pieces of chicken and had only 3 fajitas peppers, when I asked for extra. And 4 helpings of jalapeños when I asked for easy jalapeños. Do not get food here. The management team is rude as hell and extremely unprofessional.
The people that work at at QDOBA work really hard to provide for their customers. So I would watch what you guys are saying even if it is true. These people take time out of their own day just to serve there customers so be nice and watch what you say. Please. I love the people that work there and am thankful they want to serve us. If there was no such thing as QDOBA I would literaly die. Not kidding.
The food is good. A good second to Chiptle which our little town unfortunately doesn't have... The service sucks though. Rude workers every visit. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.
There was a group of six of us there, and we actually had a pleasant experience, at first. The food was good, it’s already prepped so it came out as you build it, that was not the problem. When we were leaving, one of the employees said very boldly “excuse me” as if to address the entire restaurant. He said in a very loud voice that we should separate the two tables that we put together in order for six of us to dine. We had already put away all of our trash, pushed in the seats, cleaned up as best as possible without getting out a rag and wiping it down ourselves. I was startled, I’ve worked in at least 10 different restaurants, and I have never even heard of someone on staff asking a patron to fix the table before they left. When I looked up, there were six employees behind the counter, any one of which was going to have to come out and wipe down the table after we left regardless, so why make a big announcement and deal and shame the patron into pulling the tables apart when it would’ve taken an employee five seconds. It took everything I had to not file a formal complaint then and there, but I will never come back. You would think just having a group of six people buy entrées, sodas, and extras…that they would be happy that they had business. There was no one in line and six employees that could’ve done this. I just think it’s a travesty that an otherwise positive experience was completely ruined because of lazy and ridiculous staff. Good riddance
Food was ok, the area used to fill your order was pretty messy, the meat choices looked dried out, vegetables were fresh but my biggest complaint was the service. The person serving us was just short of being rude. There was no greeting, no smile, irritation when asked to repeat options, no "enjoy your meal." We have stopped here a couple times while driving through Wausau and it gradually has gotten run down, chairs were bent, table benches scuffed, bathroom... acceptable.
Great, fast, and fresh food. Staff was polite and knowledgeable about menu. A little pricey but worth it.

Ordered a bowl the ingredients were cold and the bell peppers were to large. Definitely not worth the price either Im sticking to taco bell.
