I’m not one to complain, and I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but I’ve never been treated so poorly by an employee at this Panda Express or any food place in general. This girl had an attitude from the very beginning. We tried to use coupons, but didn’t understand how to order our meals properly using the coupons because it was our first time ever having coupons from Panda … So we ordered like usual and gave her the coupons at the window. She looked at the coupons and let out the loudest sigh ever and rolled her eyes. I just brushed it off because I work in customer service myself and just assumed she was having a bad day. But then, she explained how to order to use those coupons so we decided to add two Entrees so we could use the coupons. When I tell you this girl turned away and SCREAMED into her hands and walked away. You’re lucky I love the food so much because if I didn’t I would never return here.
I was not pleased that there is only a couple small pieces of beef in my beef and broccoli bowl. It all tastes fine but not for the price!
First time going here, the lady at the drive-thru was rude and very rushy. Obviously dissatisfied with her job. Get out of the field if you can’t provide customer service. Otherwise food was good and hot.
Waited in line to get food for my wife and I. Was told it would take 10 minutes for rice for her. I waited then ordered my food and they told me I will have to wait an HOUR FOR WHITE RICE. Asked for a coupon for a future visit and I got NOTHING! I walked out with my wife's food and nothing for myself! Take your business somewhere else!
On the way back to your cabin you can stop here and get yourself a nice Chinese dinner or snack for later. The general tso and the orange spicy chicken are some of my favorite. Usually quite a line of automobiles waiting to go through the drive-thru so I always Park and take the door in pick up the order and out the door you go. There is a little room for improvement but not much.
Typical fast food place. Food was good and hot. All the tables were dirty though. No one wiped them down the entire time we were there although someone did sweep the floor in spots. Rude lady customer made hubby see red and want to leave.
Been a while... like being on a mall without a mall.Food was great and fresh. Vegetables were still crisp and of course the bobba tea. Enjoy!
Ordered the beef and broccoli bowl, over half the bowl was rice, with a few pieces of beef sprinkled in. Tables were dirty. Seems expensive for what you get food wise.
I was so upset about my whole experience! Been talking about going here for years an finally did it.. I used to go all the time back in Arizona.. but first time in Wisconsin. Soon as I got to the counter they were in a rush to get us done. We were basically new an wasn’t ready yet. I wanted to look at what was out. They were so disrespectful an rushing us.. no one was in line! Also the rice was not the same. It was weird? The flavor was not right. An dry..The rest was not hot? Not going back to this location..
Ordered thru EatStreet, but that’s not what this is about is it. I ordered in line then called the restaurant to ask for some teriyaki packets and a fork be added to my order, girl said “no problem”. Well I guess it was problem as those literally were the two things that were not in my bag!! Food was hot so I’ll give it that, but it’s not the same without that teriyaki
