My family and I went here yesterday around 12am, and stood in the lobby for about seven minutes before anyone even noticed. The female host had been seated at one of the booths in the bar, and it took the bartender noticing us there and getting her attention for her to do her job. Even after her realizing we were there she still took her time to get to us. She asked how we were doing and we said fine and asked how she was doing and she said, very rudly, "just peachy." She sat us at a booth which would be fine in most circumstances if my wife were not heavily pregnant. The server was super nice! The host should find a better job, maybe a call center or something easy.
Not their best night. Food took more 45 minutes with two young kids...for simple pasta with sauce and it was served room temperature and cooked onto the plates likely from sitting too long under the heat lamp. Other tables were coming after us and leaving before we even got our food.We like Olive Garden and will give it another try- but that was disappointing especially for my husband's birthday dinner.
Unfortunate that the front staff is more worried about who's getting hours vs greeting guests. Food was cool, and over salted. It was difficult to bring this to the wait staffs attention due to them ALL huddled into one booth in the bar area talking
Over 20 dollars for a pasta drinks not worth it and staff complaining about there jobs while your trying to eat. Not a good experience. Are waiter was great that's the reason for the three stars.
I mean it's olive garden, so the foods as you would expect. However the friendly staff has always taken care of us and made sure things are just right. Only gotten my order wrong once in the time I've been dining here and they were very quick to correct. Excellent service
Best Olive Garden experience of my life. A group of 7 of us came in to dine. We were celebrating birthdays, an anniversary and a divorce, so we were a tad energetic. Our waitress, Shaila, was amazing. She was extremely friendly and matched our energy. We were able to joke around with her and ended up eating our dinner with her. At one point we had a fun chunk of staff stopping by to check out the commotion. It was the end of the night so I think that’s why we’re were allowed to be a little rowdy. Shaila was even kind enough to take a group photo at the end. It was the best time I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Highly recommend, the entire staff was wonderful.
This was my first time ever eating at an olive garden and I was quite satisfied with the food and service. I had called ahead about an hour and a half to make reservations as it was Valentines weekend. I arrived on time for the reservation and after a short wait was seated. I got a great server by the name of Zach who was courteous and professional while still being fun. I ordered the chicken alfredo and my girlfriend got the cheese ravioli with meat sauce. There was a slight wait for my entree but the place was pretty busy so I understood. Besides Zach had suggested an excellent appetizer. The food was delicious and I was very impressed with their alfredo sauce. There was a slight issue with my dessert though as it came out still frozen. Both zach and his manager were extremely nice about the mix up and offered a replacement promptly. All in all 9/10! I will definitely be returning!
The food was delicious as it always is at Olive Garden. Our Waitress was great! Attentive without being annoying. I just wish they could bring back the regular menu and stop the limited menu. I am sure this has to do with staffing shortages more so than ingredient shortages
Clean, short wait for a table, food was great, service was good. Waitress earned her generous tip. There was a screaming toddler there to wreck the ambiance but that's not their fault.
Rachall (N) was an amazing waitress. She was nice, funny, and she found a coupon to add to our bill. I have been to other olive gardens before, but she made our experience today truly great.
