Sadly, I like their food but will never go there again. Today I witnessed an employee spread a sauce directly onto meat and return the spatula to the jar. Food safety is a big thing with me. This does not pass. Called and spoke with management and was told this is standard procedure. Sad, because I really did like them. Actually drove out of our way (25 min) today just to have a sandwich from there. Manager had a uncaring bothered tone.
This was the slowest jimmy johns i have ever been to. Our family loves Jimmy John's but a lobby full of people and 20min wait was too much.... And it was fully staffed.... Quite mind boggling.
i just ordered a giant #1 pepe sub and it came with ham and cheese, just ham and cheese, there wasn’t any tomatoes, lettuce or mayonnaise, which is what it typically comes with. it was the worst 13.00 spent on a horribly dry sub. would have gave it no stars, but that’s not an option.
Horrible system they had, took them over half an hour to make 9 sandwiches. Most of the sandwiches are not even what we ordered. Definitely not freaky fast.
Good food and fast service. Prices are pretty steep though. Ten bucks for a sandwich and chips, and more if you want a drink. At some point you have to wonder why a turkey sandwich with cheese would cost so much.
Wife picking up some lunch for herself,Yumyum..
Great selection of subs, chips and drinks. Subs are delicious! My favorite is the unwich option that substitutes lettuce wrapped around instead of sub bread (for the low carb people).
I ordered a party platter that feeds 8-10 people. The total that was given to me over the phone was$108 I thought $10 a person that's a pretty good deal. When I arrived at Jimmy John's to pay it magically turned into $176.... I will never go there again this is the 3rd time I've been there and the 3rd time I've been dissatisfied with the quality of customer service.
Best cold sandwich ever
I ordered a Turkey Tom no tomato add pickle and cheese for my 4 year old son. You remembered to charge me over a $1 for pickles and cheese, but you forgot to put them on the sandwich or take the tomato off. I called and you asked me to put my kids back in the car at 8pm after a night of baseball and drive back, but I said no. No problem, you will mail me a "free" sandwich coupon for your mistake. I used the free sandwich card on Monday, and it cost me $1.09. Because you still charged me for cheese and pickles. I have now paid $2.18 for one serving of cheese and pickles. Your "free" coupon was not "free", and you didn't correct your mistake, you made me pay for it. So -- do not recommend Jimmy Johns. Orders are not made correctly. Management does a poor job fixing mistakes.
