I was busy all afternoon and into the evening work and didn't get a break and only had like 10 minutes to use the restroom and grab something to eat. It was almost closing time and the manager was so wonderful the restaurant was sparkly clean and my sandwich was so big I can hardly bite into it (roast beef n Swiss) ? she is truly a people person I will definitely be there again... I highly recommend Hardee's great food and great service

And Michelle out of her way perfect employee hard to fine someone who enjoyed her job that's the type of people I like to experience when I buy my food great job of Wausau great experience I want to come here more and more now thank you again
We went to Hardee's to try the new Bacon, egg and Cheese Burrito, the burrito was dry, over cooked and the rapping was so greasy it was sticking to the burrito, to the point the burrito was ripping apart when I tried to unwrap it, I’ve worked in fast food before and it was clear they gave me an old order that was sitting in the warmer for god knows how long, never going to that Hardee’s again.
When I got to the window a woman who got my card and gave me my drink was speaking very rudely and disrespectfully towards another coworker think poor young man looked like he had a heck of a night already so I had to make sure he was okay. Look I get it the world is very understaffed but you’re gonna be even more understaffed if you treat your employees like trash. As humans we need to do better.
Always the best breakfast, absolutely enjoy their breakfast biscuits better than any other place I've been. The sausage, gravy and biscuit is a must have.

Gets our large order right everytime. Staff pay attention to orders. Very well taking care of place. Always happy to come back, with the family
never will visit a Hardees, did so many years ago. Food was subpar and prices expensive. The Hardees in Rothschild closed years ago. Worthless CS = no business
First off I will admit my bias that Hardee's is the best "burger fast food" place. But no fast food burder can compete with a good homemade burger. We stopped for breakfast this time and were not disappointed. Hardee's always takes a little longer but it is reflected in their product. We don't often stop for fast food but would choose Hardee's over most others. We will go back again.
Probably the best customer service I've had at any fast food restaurant ever.
