Food honestly sucked, was just thrown together.. no meat sauce on lasagna.. paid over 30$ for two meals spaghetti was cold and the noodles where so soggy they mushed right in the plate...Staying at the hospital and went out for dinner and to say the least it was very disappointing... Won't be going back ... Waste of money. Used to be good many years ago but the place has definitely gone down hill
Food was good would suggest romaine or spinach in salads instead of iceberg. Service was great. This Fazoli's was much cleaner than Eau Claire walls really need a good cleaning.
I am really happy that my family and I came through the drive through Jasmine was so polite and sweet and Jeff did an awesome job on our food
This has been one of my favorite places to eat out with family but my lately there new employees here and they are so rude. Not a greeting or anything. They respond in such a rude mader. I'm here to enjoy a meal with my family and this type of attitude get you in a bad mood.
I was trapped in the drive through. The lady at the drive through told me she’s too busy to take my order so now I’m stuck behind the 1 car at the window. Why not ask them to pull up? Once I finally got out I noticed the person in the car who pulled up behind me moments after I did was at the window picking up their order??? What the heck? Do better.
My mom doesn't like eating here much but if I could chose to eat fazoli's for the rest of my life or eat homemade food I would probly pick fazolis because they have really good food and work really hard and do there best.
Food has gone downhill along with service and that's too bad. The dining area was dirty with food on the floor and tables. Language from kitchen was very unprofessional, with vulgar words you'd hear in a roughneck bar and not in a family restaurant! Won't be back!
I placed an order on the app and wasn't able to use one of the special deals even though I did everything the way it said. I got there to pick it up and everything was locked. So I pulled into the curbside spot and called the number. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. The call was picked up and then immediately disconnected. During that time, someone came out and it looked like they unlocked the doors-but they didn't. I finally went through the drive through to get my order. Since it had been sitting for a while, the breadsticks were cold and hard. I paid extra for extra mushrooms and broccoli-still had hardly any. Way too many noodles (that were hard) and not enough sauce. The chicken was extremely dried out as well. I am very disappointed all around.
Closed carry out earlier though it says till 9pm every day. And no one even opened the window out of courtesy
The food is amazing, but twice now, in the last couple months I've come to this location and the dining room is closed...
