If I could give them zero I would. Ordered last week and was on hold for 15 minutes. Got there and the girl behind the counter was fighting with someone on her cellphone. Then I hung up and called back. The phone then rang she said to her cellphone call "well I have call you back" Umm...yes please. She made me wait for the call- to the business. Since it was myself I waved my phone and explained I waited for 15 minutes. She proceeded to say she had a big order. Then she told me she didn't know the rules of gluten free and cut herself earlier so could only use one hand. This evening I figured we would give them another try for pick up. Roy answered and after spelling my name 4xs said out loud "shut up I can't hear her to take this order!" Then proceeded to tell me Door Dash does my orders. Again, I explained I would pick this up. Roy was so confused that he transferred me to the rudest customer service individual. She refused to give me her name and told me I wasn't in the system and maybe just order when her boss was in. Then proceeded to hang up. Well you have lost my business and anyone I talk to. My Husband was on this call and actually corrected this customer service individual and her response was "no your rude".
Food was ok, but the woman who made our food, Kristin, made the experience unbearable! After dropping our food off, she felt the need to give a 15 minute speech about how her day went, how many customers they served, how much money they made between what hours, what kind of soups they need to get ready for the next day, just on and on and on. She was clearly on something. It made the experience very uncomfortable. Won't ever be back.
Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. POORLY MANAGEMENT and when I emailed to complain about my second delivery experience, they offer no help at all besides only saying "we sent you your refund" yeah, well what about all these inconveniences? I will NEVER return here. Or ever give you my business again. I will definitely spread the word around!
I love Erbs, but will not go back to this location. I've been here twice when I've been in Wausau, and BOTH times they have made the wrong sandwich. My receipts list my order, but totally different sandwiches were prepared and delivered. I'd rather go the the location in Steven's Point than have to babysit my sandwich while it's made.
Closed The doors more than half an hour before close. I asked if they were going to be open and they told me they would be. When I got there they told me it was closed and I was SOL
After seeing the absolutely disgusting pictures and videos shared online of the food prep, walk in cooler and kitchen area of this location there’s really nothing they could do to win my business back! Absolutely gross! ? Management should be fired for not doing their best to keep the health & wellness of their customers as their first priority!!!
great tasting food, but or some reason, or no particular reason, they don't want to consider any modifications, like even warming up the sandwich. Seems like a dumb idea. Not good customer service, IMO.
MOLD ON FOOD!! Manger called police on employee for telling people there was mold on the food bc he told her she had to open! His exact words, she is a disgruntle employee! Yes she was, bc she couldn't get through to the health department and they were forcing her to open!! She is a hero!!
From a former employee: This is behind the scenes at Erbert's & Gerbert's. The fridges in the back are moldy, including meats, sauces, fridge racks, & etc. Even the ice machine has mold in it. Ever fill your cup up with ice/ soda and see black & green stuff floating in your cup? …that’s mold…. The slicer used to cut your meats & cheese does NOT get cleaned at night. They reuse the dirty slicer for many different meats and cheese. They also leave meats in the slicer overnight
