This is another one that I didn't not go for myself but I picked up a order. I love the store personally, lots of coffee, great donuts and food options.
Honestly, the place is really nice. I enjoy the place and the environment, but a few things that sucks about it is that I waited in line for 20 minutes while there wasn't even a line. I know some of these people, and man. To think that they had forgotten my 12 donuts and had me wait an additional 15 minutes for me to physically walk up to the counter just to ask about my donuts. Oh my goodness. What a waste of my time. They are so unprofessional and the donuts were stale and looked liked frozen donuts that just thawed out. I am unsatisfied, and to think that this was my first time coming there. I am pretty disappointed at the employees. Knowing that when I asked for someone they sent a newbie to take my order when she was physically there to talk to me.
I go here pretty often. When this location first opened, it was disheveled but okay, I still got my orders. Recently though, I have been getting things in my orders I request not to be added, missed items, incorrect items, and other issues. For instance, several times now I have gotten snackin' bacon that is completely soggy and smells weird. Now, as of a day ago, I got a roasted tomato and hummus toast. Instead of tomatoes, it had bacon on top. I ate part of it, thinking it had a slightly different taste. Then, one bite tasted so bad I gagged hard and spit it out. Since then I have had what I am assuming is food poisoning. I have been throwing up, diarrhea, constant nausea and generally unwell, unable to hold food down. This location should be looked into for cleanliness/upkeep/out of date product/improper storage, whatever it may be..I will be telling everyone not to go here.
They do make really excellent and delicious coffee drinks, tea drinks, refreshers, and have some of the best donuts. The cake batter flavored iced latte, and strawberry dragonfruit refreshers are some of my favorites. My favorite kind of donut is the creme-filled ones.
I stopped at 2 dunkin donuts yesterday. Once in the morning in another city and once in the afternoon at the bridge street wausau location. I will never stop in wausau again. They sold me all small iced signature lattes for the price of a large one with a large sticker on the side. The other cities cup compared to theirs for large was no comparison.
Ordered a caramel iced coffee with salted caramel cold foam cause I got it from the one in Schofield/Weston. I received a cold brew with cold foam topped with some cinnamon sugar? Only reason it’s two stars is because my son enjoyed the cheesecake ice cream. After I ordered, didn’t even get the total. One of the crew members also seemed to have an attitude, hoping it’s just a bad day.
Menu price does not ring up on the register, to the tune if $2 extra charge. Staffkept telling me I was wrong...people, it's printed on the menu on your wall! Begrudgingly they adjusted the price, but they weren't happy. It made me uncomfortable. Drink was so-so, not worth the effort.
Idk how, but this place consistently drops the ball on my orders. From burning the bagels and still giving it to the customer to filling the entire cup full of ice for a drink when u ask for light ice. Really thinking about boycotting this place. My family knows my confusion/hatred for this store lol
Very accommodating for for vegan and lactose-free. Staff was friendly and patient. Ordered a non-dairy mint chocolate chip milkshake extra thick, came out perfect
I love Dunkin’ but this one literally never gives me the right order… I don’t know how this happens so often here. Dunkin is literally known be all my friends to give you the wrong thing… other than that tastes okay and friendly staff.
